Jake responded to my call right away, came out and did a great job and at a fair price.

Responded right away to my call, came out the same day to check things out and give a quote, and did the work the next day (I needed to get electric service temporarily cut due to roots entangled to conduit, or I think he would have done then). He did a great job of avoiding damage to electrical that was entwined with roots and stump of fig.

I've lived in the area for about 3 years now, and I have gotten used to having trades quoting ridiculous prices, or more often than not, be completely unresponsive to requests for quotes or scheduling delays or just shoddy work. I won't say that Jake has restored my faith in humanity, but I know that I'm in good hands when it comes to stump grinding!

Job: Cherry Tree stump (HUGE), 2 Bradford Pear tree stumps, 2 fig trees planted up against a barn

Tip: Don't plant trees close to buildings and don't ever plant Bradford Pears period.

I’ve looked at these ugly Crape Myrtle stumps for 2 years, thinking I could eventually take care of them, but that just wasn’t gonna happen. Saw Mr. Kimbrell’s ad, texted him a photo of the stumps, and had a very fair estimate within an hour. Appreciate that. THEN, I was able to get on his schedule for the following day. Amazing. And then the machines he used made quick work of the job, and everything looks great! I highly recommend, and will definitely do business with him again in the future!!

Jake did a fantastic job removing 6 large stumps from our front yard. He was very responsive, and quick to come give us a quote. Quote was also very reasonable. Once he got us scheduled he showed up on time and got the job completed in one day. He also ground any left over tree roots he saw along the way and spread all the mulch from grinding. Jake completed two major projects at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He has the right equipment for any size stump, even tight areas, thanks to his remote-controlled machine. He’s professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and quick to respond. We’ll definitely call on him again and highly recommend his services.

Deep Roots did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and took time to get the job done right. I appreciate the level of communication, their attention to detail and ability to get the stump nearly flush to the ground. Would highly recommend.

Jonathan did a damn fine job trimming our bradford pear tree and thoroughly up afterwards. Was polite and professional and responded to questions reasonably quickly. If I need tree work done again, I'm calling Deep Root.

I can't say enough good things about Deep Roots Tree Service and Jonathan and Josh! They took down a massive, old oak tree in my yard, and from start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly tidy.
