Michael was Very friendly , he gave accurate information, and willing to find solutions that best fit my needs. Made sure the job was finished properly and promptly. Dwayne was timely, proficient, professional, knowledgeable and was simply a pleasure to work with. Thorough when explaining options and ensured the options provided were the right solution to the problem. Represented the company and his profession with pride and made us feel comfortable with the solutions presented. Wonderful young man who (in addition to being proficient) has “curb appeal” that allows him to connect with a variety of customers….a skill you cannot teach! He’s got it. Hold onto this one!!!!!

All I can say is EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! Chris was able to diagnosis the root cause of a leak that eluded THREE other plumbers, Two of which were from a well known, big brand company. The others were not as thorough and COMPLETELY off the mark on the repair needed. After multiple diagnostic calls and questionable recommendations, I can now confidently move forward with the repair needed to resolve the issue. Pure Flow will be my first call for all plumbing needs and I will be referring them to all of my friends, family, neighbors and coworkers.
If you want a plumber that actually CARES about getting it right the FIRST time, call Pure Flow!
