I like there website were you can Message them they are very promp on answering questions. They were very promp on getting to the house to get the air back on for us. I would recommend them to anyone. Very polite workers. Very happy with their service

This company and their employees install used furnaces, AC central air units, sketchy duct work, ( parts are used and customers are MISSINFORMED ) etc... with ZERO respect for todays standards and codes. They misinform customers by cutting corners to make more profits. So if you are looking for someone to fix, install, HVAC DO NOT CALL CARLSON'S!!!! They misinform their customers into thinking that they are getting an honest deal when infact they are getting set up for failure so CARLSON'S can get them to call back and fix the garbage they ALREADY installed. HENCE to make more money....Would you want an HVAC service tec telling you that they are going to fix your furnace and you pay them thousands thinking you got yourself brand new equipment, everything is installed correctly, and working properly and find out it is used and broken down? They abuse every resource just to make money. Their work is garbage. I give them negative 100000 stars.

Had our AC go out during the hottest time of the summer and they were quick on getting the parts and fixing our unit in a very timely manner! Great service and customer care guys!

We will never ever hire this company again. They did such a poor job on our new house in the utility room and the air-conditioner does not cool and they don't answer their phone to come and check it out. Not happy with them.. period...

A great crew and they show you what went wrong with no surprising costs. I never hesitate to call them. I really like the idea of their weekend schedule. Thanks for all you do!

Pat was incredibly thorough and fixed the issue with our furnace. What a great person to know and have as a resource in our area! He gave us a more than fair price for the job done. I’ll go back to Carlson’s again and again!
