HVAC reviews in Brookings, South Dakota

Hard to reach.

Installed humidifier.

Great HVAC guys.

Great guys, very polite and friendly.

Highly recommend! Honest and knowledgeable.

I recommend Prairie Wind Heating and Air L.L.C. for HVAC work. I am really impressive from work of Josh. He explain very well and fix problem quickly.

My stepmother used these guys. They helped her find a new fan for the furnace when it turned out the old model was no longer made. Then when it turned out the furnace had additional issues that made it unsafe, they helped her get heaters for the old house while they got a replacement. Came out in a snowstorm at least once for this. Good guys, good service and reasonable prices.

I would highly recommend this company for HVAC work. They were all great to work with. Josh explained everything in detail. Andrew and Tevin did the install and were very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the work they all did.

We had been waiting for our geothermal unit to be repaired by another company. The other company had very poor communication. We decided to try Prairie Wind. We are sure glad we did! Timely service to our house, knowledgeable technicians and friendly service. We would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

These guys were awesome. I did quite a bit of research and got a few quotes before I decided to go with these guys. The swaying factors were that their systems are built in America, and Josh was the only person to hand me an actual booklet with my choices for a new furnace/AC unit. They were also really nice, they got to know my dog who can be pretty overwhelming at times and one of the guys even talked to my little one (who was scared) about what they were doing in our house. They had everything up and running in one day! I highly recommend!

Awesome company, friendly and extremely knowledgeable employees. They took care of are furnace needs in a timely manner. We will use their company for all of our heating and cooling from this point on. This is coming from someone that never posts any reviews. Thanks again for getting us up and running.

If your looking for HVAC service then look no further! The service with Prairie Wind is second to none, they are true professionals. Josh took time out of his evening to return my call about issues with our furnace. He told me whether or not he gained my business, he just wanted to make sure I was educated to be safe. I knew I did not want to look any further for service after that conversation. I made an appointment with Josh and he stopped over to assess our situation. From there we came up with a game plan for a new furnace. Josh took in account our future plans for our home and made sure to build our new furnace system accordingly. Josh and Andrew came out installed our new furnace within a day. All I can say is wow! The quality of work is outstanding and they took care of ever little detail. They left no mess and made sure to check in with us the next day. Since the installation we have been worry free and I will always be a loyal customer of these guys! Thank you guys so much for the work and I hope whom ever reads this stops searching and calls these guys immediately!!
