Woke up one morning to water around the water heater. Texted Adam. Came out same day and diagnosed the issue. Water heater rusted out and needed to be replaced. Immediately ordered new one, had it delivered next day to my house and installed day after. Answered all water heater questions I had. Would use again and recommend.

I had an old outdoor faucet that was leaking in the cold weather. Adam and his team were able to come out quickly and replace it with a new frost free faucet at a great price. I will definitely use them in the future!

Pretty disappointed with my service. Called the main line, explained exactly what my issue was (previous homeowner didn't filter the water and had a lot of iron build up in the basement shower drain p trap, which doesn't get used very often and now slowly drains). I also said I had tried to snake it myself but I needed someone with the proper tools to see if they could break through the deposit build up. Someone came out with the same snake I own and attempted the same thing I already did, didn't even stick a camera in there to verify what kind of blockage it had before recommending it needed to be ripped out and replaced.... and I got to pay 135 dollars for the privilege of wasting my time. I was hoping he'd at least have an auger, but no. I guess only the main plumber has the proper tools?

Update: The owner did offer a refund. I declined out of professional courtesy. Just hoping others will get a better experience.
