Thanks, Tom, for cleaning and checking my front-load dryer. You’re knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and taught me some new things about the lint screen of my dryer (even though my daughter shoved the lint screen into the compartment backwards, and I broke part of it ripping it back out in frustration, that part isn’t necessary, you informed me, thank you!). You didn’t price gouge me, either, because we don’t know how to use our dryer and should be hanging out clothes outside on a line.

You also went above and beyond recently by explaining what was going on with my front-load washer and NOT coming out and charging me a service call - which you could have done. You reassured me that my washer was fine and there’s nothing to clean out. You will be my go-to guy for appliance repair!

Tom was both personable and professional in demeanor. He had researched my appliance ahead of time and based on my description of the problem, he had the parts ready. After fixing my refrigerator, I had him look at my washer as I had a minor problem with the detergent uptake. He identified the problem right away, called a supplier, and quickly went to pick up a part. He took the time to explain the actual mechanics of the problem . Also, his bill was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use him again.

Tom was able to come out the same day I contacted him and fix our washing machine. He is very friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

I had Mister Fix It come to my washing machine. He was was diagnosed the problem, left to pick up the part needed and returned an made the repair. Very professional and knowledgeable service. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing appliance repair in Sioux Falls!

My washing machine broke and I really wanted to have someone local come to look at it. Tom was able to come out the same week. He found that the machine bearing was bad and a new machine was needed (or at least a better option due to cost). He even provided some machine brands that were good to buy so we knew what to look for. My husband enjoyed chatting with him and especially appreciated his honesty. His service fee was very reasonable as well. I will definitely keep his business card handy, and heartily recommend Mr. Fixit to anybody that needs good, local, appliance repair!
