Taya seemed to be friendly and willing to come by for cleaning services. Unfortunately we were left with unserved and disappointed. I really needed the help with some chores in the house hence why we decided to hire someone. This was explained in our initial conversation. We had agreed on multiple times to have her come by for cleaning services but she would not show or even call/message prior to the scheduled time. If we did receive a message it was days past the agreed appointment littered with excuses and promises of a better time to schedule with no specific time/day. We decided to provided a time/day for her to come by - she messaged several days after that « she was changing things and will not be taking anymore customers «
Thankfully, We had decided to go in a different direction and not continue engaging with Taya since we had considered her to be unresponsive and unreliable.
Our customer experience was unpleasant. This business lacks Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. This is worrisome for a service business.
