Taya seemed to be friendly and willing to come by for cleaning services. Unfortunately we were left with unserved and disappointed. I really needed the help with some chores in the house hence why we decided to hire someone. This was explained in our initial conversation. We had agreed on multiple times to have her come by for cleaning services but she would not show or even call/message prior to the scheduled time. If we did receive a message it was days past the agreed appointment littered with excuses and promises of a better time to schedule with no specific time/day. We decided to provided a time/day for her to come by - she messaged several days after that « she was changing things and will not be taking anymore customers «
Thankfully, We had decided to go in a different direction and not continue engaging with Taya since we had considered her to be unresponsive and unreliable.
Our customer experience was unpleasant. This business lacks Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. This is worrisome for a service business.

Mark and his crew are amazing! We made a few changes in our new build and he came out right away and made it happen! After we excepted his bid, he started right away even when he had other jobs going.

Very quick to respond, we've needed him a few times this summer and he was there the same day.

Our furnace quit working so Hendrickson replaced it....however the following spring our central air wouldn't work....so we called in Moeller's in Clark (because they installed our central air unit) since we thought something was wrong with the ACTUAL AC unit....however...Hendrickson did something wrong when installing the Thermostat and then said that since Moeller's worked on it it voided the warranty we had....WTH....really....

Wayne, was a great and very efficient, some folks make more trips going for tools, than installing, but then again Wayne has years of experience. He knows what he needs and get the job done, I was left with sweeping up and that is because a screw can find a way to avoid detection, even to the most experienced. Good job sir!
