The manager (Tray) of Kaiser Heating and Cooling in Mitchell has provided excellent service around the clock. With them being open 24/7 weekend or not he will show up to figure out a solution. The employees at Kaisers are well kept and friendly.

Kaiser came and installed a new replacement air conditioner within two weeks of request. They were very professional and did a beautiful job on the install. I would highly recommend Kaiser.

Kaiser had serviced my furnace in my house and they were very polite and q reason price to and Tray was a very polite gentleman I had talked to on the phone.

Great service, Bentley quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and repaired it. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed. When I have future HVAC issues my first call will be to Kaiser.
