Called Mitchell Electric about an attic fan not working. Eric Murray cam out and replaced the fan. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly.

Great experience. From my first call to let them know what I was looking for, their quick responses to my messages, they fit me into their schedule quickly, and their thorough planning to make sure we were all on the same page before beginning today. They left everything clean and did an excellent job. Dallas was great to work with. I’ll be using Mitchell Electric again.

Great customer service. They arrive as planned and provide a call when they are on the way. The technician was professional and personable He explained options thoroughly when there were decisions to be made. They give you a cost up front for the work, so there are no surprises at the end.

Electrician was able to come out the same day. He arrived when they said he would. He took the time to do the job right and made sure the fixture looked nice. He also addressed another electrical issue that he could have easily disregarded. We're very happy with Mitchell Electric.

Mitchell Electric is amazing! We bought a new house and initially got a standard inspection from a separate location. Later I had Mitchell Electric come to add an additional outlet to my basement. Eric went through the electrical in my house and for the first time in regards to the electrical setup in my new home I actually understand what I have and have a timeliness for what should be done and by when. I feel so much more secure in that regard than I did before. They were on time..worked with my schedule...they were so knowledgeable! And pricing was great and the work was done beautifully and he even vacuumed up his mess from the installation. So recommend!

Our all around experience was great from the initial call to set up an appt, to the service provided by Eric the electrician in our home. Very friendly & efficient all around for us. They lived up to their rating I'd say.
