Reviews of local pros in Platte, South Dakota

Tate and his crew are great. They did everything I asked for quickly and efficiently! Highly recommended!

Tate fit us into a very busy schedule and still charged me a very fair price. Highly recommend. BTW, the grass is coming in nicely.

Done an excellent job fixing my heat pump!

Great people
Great service

Was very prompt to help on a Saturday. Really appreciated it!

Always great products and excellent customer service!

Their work is professional and very good service.

Can't say enough about this business. Had never used this business before called them in the late afternoon and within a short time they were at our home. Very professional and quality work.. Will definitely be our go to for heating and cooling service. Thank you Serversons...

I broke down 10 miles west of Platte while on a hunting trip. Not only did they come and tow my truck into town, but had me back on the road quickly and did the repair to my wheel bearings at a great price. Second time I have used them over the years. As an out of state person with no ties in the community, I felt like I was treated like I was from just down the street! Great people!

Service people did a tremendous job. The upgrade is working nicely. Ron Ringling

We had my mother in law call this morning because her air conditioning in Corsica wasn’t cooling well. He came out yet today and made some fixes and said there were other things he could do but would wait to see if what he did today would work. She felt good about what he did and his explanations. Thankful for good honest service.

Great service

Over the top service in our emergency.

Gary and his crew are great!

Great customer service and technically sound

Great set of workers. Do great work quickly. Reasonably priced.

These guys are the best......

Gary and his crew are amazing!
Update: It's been over 5 years since Gary and his crew installed our air-to-air heat pump, HVAC system and plumbing. Even with the unprecedented heat of 2022, everything is still working perfectly!

This business has been a lifesaver for me. Purchased a home that had been plumbed poorly and built using used hvac equipment. I was spending 100s of $$$ on heating and cooling. Finally called Josh, and he figured out my issue in minutes. He also got me on their schedule to fix the out outdated parts and revamp my hvac to fit my actual need.
Another bonus is that they actually answer the phone. I'm pretty sure they know it all. Never changing plumbers again!! Thanks, Konechne Heating and Cooling!!

Excellent service! Called on a Thursday night after hours, left a message, and received a call back Friday morning saying they we're going to be there ASAP. They got my air conditioner going on a 102 degree day. Very professional service and the bill was very fair. Would recommend.

Service performed was acceptable, but for 43 minutes of work, to clear a sewer line, and the charges of $650, is extremely high. They used everything they could to inflate the price. I would never use them again!!!
