John came over to do an estimate in October, 2019. I received a quote two weeks later, after calling him to ask for it, responded with a question, as well as letting him know that I wanted to move forward on getting the work done. While here for the quote, John said that December was the earliest he could get the work done.

I didn't receive a response to my email, so I called him 12 days later, and he said that the work could be done by mid-January. I didn't hear back from him, so I called him toward the end of January, and he pushed the deadline again, saying he could get it done around mid-February.

To date, I have not heard back from him, and anytime I wanted information or tried to schedule the work to be done; I had to contact him. I contacted another electrician, and they started work in less than two weeks and completed the job within three days.

I would not recommend Pulse Electric.
