July 2025--I had a wonderful experience with Scholten Construction, specifically Drew. From initial estimate to completion of my deck remodel, Drew was very communicative and quick to answer and questions that I had throughout the process. The decking crew was very respectful of my property and did a fantastic job with the project. I couldn't be happier with how my deck turned out!

I've done multiple projects with Cosand Construction and they've done great work for me. Costs have been on-budget, invoicing is clear and detailed, and communication is great.

We hired Cosand Construction to install 2 new windows in our home, where windows did not exist. They were professional, friendly, on time, and on budget. But the best example of the exceptional level of service arose when we discovered a small water leak right after the installation. It was in the evening. We reached to the Cosand folks and someone was at our home in less than an hour.
