Awful just awful these positive reviews obviously don't have the experience from this place that I can bring to the table this place is only in business because of matter of convenience of their location if it wasn't for that I'm sure this establishment would not be in business save yourself a headache and go the extra mile to a better electrical wholesaler

Leaving a positive review as I understand the impact of a negative rating but the honest truth is I will absolutely not be back. Felt disrespected and disregarded as a customer. Told the employee behind the desk what I was after and he could not have been less helpful nor put in less effort. Didn't realize asking for a certain color conduit (black) also was laughable. Also told the employee exactly what gauge wiring I needed, strand count also and didn't get help there either. I'm a business owner myself and if I treated my customers this way I would expect them not to return. I hope that one employee doesn't represent JH Larson on its own but when that is a customers only experience it's easy to reflect that interaction on the business as a whole. I couldn't have been more patient with the employee explaining what I needed. I'm writing this review because a few days after the fact, I'm still frustrated. Also FYI, you can purchase about any color conduit online and also the wiring I needed.

I had never been there before this, but was looking for a special breaker that I could find nowhere. When I arrive there the employee went to work until he found one and had it shipped directly to the farm. This is a rare gem to find in an employee these days. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but would recognize him anywhere, keep up the good work!!

Our company has been doing business with Graybar Electric Supplies quite a bit recently. We do so because we find the employees very personable, professional and knowledgeable. For me it's almost like going to your favorite store. I can spend hours just browsing.
