I highly recommend Nelson Bros! They were so amazing to work with and were really fair on their pricing. The final product turned out great and I will definelty be using then for more projects in the future!

I don't normally leave reviews like this one, however, it was absolutely necessary.

My mother was diagnosed with cancer and receiving hospice care at home. I live 6 hours away, would come live with her periodically, and in November I noticed that her gutters need to be cleaned out and a small area pushed back in where a tree branch had fallen on it during a bad storm bending the gutter rim. I did my typical Google search for a highly rated service provider and set up a time for Nelson Bros. (Caleb) to clean the gutters, push the bent gutter rim back in, and rake up leaves in the front yard. This was supposedly completed on November 16th and I paid $275 for the work.

This February when I came back to live with my mother again I noticed that the gutter rim had not been pushed back. I also noticed that during heavy rain water was gushing out of the top of the gutter not flowing down to the ground.

On May 6th I called Nelson Bros. (Caleb) about my findings. He reported that the job had been completed and gave no reason as to why the gutters weren't draining properly, but said they'd be right out to take care of the bent gutter. I've never heard back from him since!!! I reached out to Caleb AGAIN by text on MAY 13TH and still haven't heard from him.

My son got up on a ladder and found that the gutters were full of compacted, decomposed leaves and shingle gravel!!! He cleaned it all out and bent the piece of gutter rim back into place. It's been raining heavily recently with strong winds. Afterwards we checked the gutters and they were perfectly clean.

I can only believe that Nelson Bros. swindled my mother out of $275!!! There's NO WAY the gutters were cleaned out and then full of decomposed, compacted leaves and shingle gravel again in only 2 months. They didn't complete the work and took advantage of an elderly woman who's battling cancer and a daughter who lives 6 hours away! I would NEVER do business with them again and I highly encourage you NOT to either.

I asked for their services one time and never regretted it. They replaced my rock bedding with wood chips and fenced it off really well, and fixed the crack on my door steps. Definitely will hire them again for fencing repairs in the summer time

The brother’s were great to work with. I called them to do a fall clean up and stayed within my budget and were very patient with me. My yard looked great! I will also plan to use them for snow removal as well.

Nelson Bros LLC just completed a project for me and I am very pleased with the results. I had a problem with the river rock in my backyard because my dogs would run and kick the rock outside my fence and onto the boulevard and sidewalk. The dogs also were digging through the rock and tearing up the plastic underneath. It was very cold yesterday and yet they worked diligently to put up a barrier to keep the rock in place, cleaned up the rock that was there, brought in new rock and replaced the plastic. The sidewalk and boulevard behind my yard look pristine. I have made plans with them to do more work for me because I have experienced their excellence. They kept me informed on what times they would be here and the cost of the project. Very reliable, friendly and competent. Use their services, you won't be disappointed.

Caleb and his team were great! They responded promptly when asking for a quote, very reasonably priced, and did a great job mowing and cleaning up our lawn! I just needed a one time service visit after recently moving, but will absolutely be using them for snow removal this winter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
