We have used this company for over 30 years. The last 3 years they call and schedule services and then do not show up or cancel after the allotted appointment. One time , I could understand but multiple times is a poor way to do business. I miss the old Landscape Center that kept their word.

Great selection, great people, great experience. We will be back!
Bought more plants after receiving more great advice!
Getting ready for winter - everything 35% off -
Very large selection of healthy, beautiful plants. Purchased soil for my new cactus. Had 3 employees ask if I needed assistance. Friendly cashier.

I needed help cleaning out of control weeds from my backyard. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appt for someone to look at my property. Was given a verbal quote that was more than I wanted to pay but was desperate. Left several messages & played phone tag before getting an emailed estimate that was even more than the verbal & it would 2 months before they could do the job. While waiting for the estimate, I reached out to 3 other companies, one of which called back. I received a letter from the city, someone complained about my yard & rightfully so. I was given 7 days to get my yard cleaned up, 3 were gone before I got the letter & 2 more were lost due to the weekend. I called & left a message about the notice from the city & asked if they could get to my . yard sooner. This was at 8:30. In the meantime, the other company came & looked at my yard knowing of my letter from the city. We discussed plans, cost & timing of the job. His verbal estimate was more than $1500 less than the estimate from Landscape & they could do massive clean-up within in days. Landscape calls me back at almost 6pm. I could not take the call. The voicemail left let me know he would be in the office the next day. When I called back, I again received voicemail.

Trenor was out at my house on Aug 21st to measure and quote for a 22 inch wall on the west side of our back yard paver patio (18-20 foot length).
I emailed on Aug 30th, asking for an update, just to make sure I hadn't missed the email- No response.
On 09/05, I forwarded my follow-up email to the 'info' email address, asking for any update. Trenor responded shortly after, apologized and said he would have a quote to me by the end of the week.
09/14, I emailed Trenor AGAIN, as I still had not heard anything. He responded he had been at conferences, and 'we all wish we could turn things around more quickly". No apology. Nothing else.
10/09 (today) no word from Trenor, no quote. Even if it comes now I would never consider giving them my business. Not for landscaping, not for anything. So disappointed. I expected a lot more from this company. At the very least, if the job was too small to be worth their time, then just say that. -
I went there looking for cactus pots, because I got some new plants and needed to transplant some old ones. The girl at the register was so helpful as soon as I walked in. She showed me exactly where any of the cactus pots would be and was so friendly and courteous when I checked out. Thank you guys for having great customer service!

Good stuff, got what we needed!

Was difficult to get anyone to help even though employees were abundant.. I noticed other customers having the same problem. Prices are high, but they have some good variety. Line did seem to move faster, but our poor checker was doing three jobs at once. I'll continue to stop by on occasion, but am disappointed by the lack of heart. PS hope Jasmine is happy and retired.

First, let me say I tried to pay my bill online; although I was able to store a payment method and order services, I wasn't able to find any tab, page, or icon with a mention of how to pay a bill. The cashier at the register said she didn't know that but offered I could call rather than drive to the store. I would have if I hadn't been out taking my dog to the vet I told her.
This was my first visit to this business, and the store was beautifully made up for Christmas. I enjoyed seeing the nativities and different decorating trends like pink and tan, cardinals, and farmhouse. I was welcomed by a few employees and asked if I needed help. I saw some things I liked but none that I needed.
I saw they had seed packets for a $1 from the Seed Savers Exchange. I may go back for some of those later. I noticed they had some flower bulbs on sale, too. I was surprised how many live plants they had at this time of year, and the Christmas cacti were beautiful. -
Great selection, fair pricing. Overall the staff is the best part of the tree shopping experience. Levi helped me out and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a great experience! The staff was friendly and willing to help you if you have questions. The selection of flowers is growing, as the spring season is here, which I appreciate. My Spring Fever is growing!!! Thanks for having the heavy duty S hooks, I needed for my Ferns and thistle bird feeder. I was impressed with the new green house, Handicap Accessibility, and the great staff knowledge.

There is nothing that compares to the quality of plants, care, and service that you get from Landscape Garden Center. I have tried other places in town due to convenience but there is nothing that matches the quality at this company— especially when it comes to caring about customers. I’ve had many questions on indoor plants in the past and I’ve always felt welcomed and encouraged to ask questions, especially by Baron. He has taken the time to help me save many plants and how to care for them as well.
I came in this summer for guidance on perennials and Baron took the time to help me pick out 9 plants for my front yard during a busy time. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted plants that I haven’t seen everywhere. However, Baron went above and beyond. Baron showed me options with so much ease, expertise, and it was such a great experience for my family as well. Baron’s great eye for design and his level of expertise deserves all the recognition and praise.
Thank you again, Baron and Landscape Garden Center!
Thank you in advance for all my future questions too :) -
Had my bridal shower at "The Cafe," which is an event space that can be rented out in the office building at Landscape Garden Center. Highly recommend! Staff were super easy to work with and very accommodating. They also let you borrow décor from the gift shop and greenhouse for decorating! How fun is that?! They also have kitchen space, which was perfect for preparing the brunch food we had. I only wish I would have known about this event space sooner!

They currently have a crew working near avera doing cleanup job or something and have left the ally littered with nails. Thanks for the worthless tire. FYI tire went flat immediately and more nails were seen on the ground. All the crew could do was smile and wave.

Love this place. All my worries disappeared upon walking in. Good pricing on houseplants.

About a year and a half ago I bought three trees and some bushes totaling over $2000. When you pay that much for landscaping you don’t expect them to die and if they do you would expect them to stand behind their product. A year and a half later one of the trees I bought died. I called to see if they could help me out. He said nope, I told him I’d never patronize their business again, the guy HUNG up on me. I couldn’t believe it. Rude and not the way to treat customers.

They have a great selection of quality plants and the employees were very helpful to novices like my wife and I. Not our first time there and definitely won't be out last.

I have to say this is my favorite place to get my plants. I planted the vegetables I bought here the latest in the season compared to others in my garden, and they were the most fruitful.
I'm definitely going back next year to get all my plants here and start earlier. -
We bought 2 perennials one month ago and they were not out of the pot yet thinking they were still in dormant. One of them came up but the other didn’t. After one month after being in the ground, I dug it up and brought it back. They would not refund my money even though they sold me a dead plant the day I bought it because I didn’t buy their reward program which cost over a hundred dollars. I already spent $60 for a perennial, I wasn’t paying an extra $100 for this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

My mom and I attended two of the winter classes today (winter birch centerpiece and winter container) and it was so much fun and they turned out amazing! We had a great time, thanks LGC!!

Evan and Oscar helped my wife and I load two heavy pots into our car. You can tell they both take pride in customer service and were extremely helpful. They are both a major asset to your team!
