Staff are friendly and always willing to help. They do their best to meet the needs of their customers. The lady who answers the phones is so nice. The owners are amazing to work with when it comes to the work they do.

Very professional, we had some sprinkler heads that needed to be moved and one broken line repaired and they did it in no time.

I’m very disappointed by your long time to complete by landscaping, irrigation and sod as I did 50% down payment in April 2nd week and completed on August 24,2024. To wait a long long time to finish up the piece of work is really a chaos to everyone!!!

This place just wants your money. They made a mistake and don’t turn on system properly, but are trying to charge me for them having to come fix it. Only reason it gets a second star is because the tech that came to my house was very pleasant.

Eddy gave me a quote for irrigation and sod after waiting over a year for another company to get it. He promised to work us into his schedule and get it done within two weeks- and he followed through. Our Job required it be done all by hand and his crew was happy to do it.

They did a great job at a fair price. They’re responsive, professional, and very organized. They underpromise and overdeliver- even staying late fixing problems that were not caused by them.

Look no further- these are the guys you need!

Our 1967 home has a Frankenstein-type sprinkler system, with multiple sizes/types/depths of pipes/wiring/fixtures pieced together over time. We have used several repair services and Landscape Sprinkler is the only crew we use now. Originally, we had Eddy come out to retrofit for a new section of lawn and review our system. To our surprise, he found 2 non-working zones we hadn't know we had, and fixed the electrical issue to get the up and running after all these years. The Landscape Sprinkler team (with Alex!) has been out several times to repair leaks, often having to dig down 12-18" and sometimes finding 3 different pipe sizes connected together that broke. Their installation team did a fantastic job installing new sprinkler lines to cover our new lawn area. We have also hired them to replenish our cedar wood-chip landscaping.

This is suspicious. An scammer for sure... I called provided address, phone, email, and issue very briefly, foreign accent male said someone will call, no further questions about my need for the supposed stimate thst was going to be sent, and hang up. Tried to call back,l but no answer... A sscammer for sure.

When our central air conditioning unit was not cooling well, my neighbor said I would save a lot of money if I called Handyman Helper Services in Sioux Falls. He explained that they had a handyman for almost anything and many of them were tradesmen who were semi retired or working independently. He was right. A very skilled technician showed up and fixed the leak I had and charged me a very reasonable fee. They also guarantee their work. I will call them again for anything that needs fixing. When we need handyman services for our Sioux Falls office building we rely on Handyman Helper exclusively for all repairs. Whether it is electrical, plumbing, roof repair, locksmith services on practically anything else, they are the company we call. It is fast and reliable. We have been using them for years.

We’ve had Orkin servicing our lake property since we bought it 15 years ago. It had been vacant for sometime and the very large spiders had taken over the exterior. We’ve been spider free for 15 years. The service has been excellent. I would highly recommend them!

I have used orkin for years in 2 different homes. The Sioux Falls location is getting harder and harder to work with. I had to reschedule last week because I am not supposed to have treatments before I can be home at 530. So she rescheduled me for today between 530/6. Got a text saying they will be there at 4 today. I called and they offered to reschedule again but this could continue to happen. So I will be looking for someone local at this point.

Very thorough and listened to my issues. They took the time to make everything was covered and done correctly. Thank you. Would definitely recommend them as the best.
