I had service the same day that I called. The plumber was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, informative and left everything very clean. I always get great service from Waterbury!!

The service man went above and beyond. For some reason, my phone wasn’t working and he tried six times and it went straight to voicemail. Then he went to the address which they gave him 1st Avenue instead of 1st Street. He was bound and determined to get this fixed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!

I woke up Monday morning and my house was at 58 degrees because my furnace blower died. I called Waterbury when they opened and their team restructured their day to accommodate me and my furnace was fixed 4pm same day. Troy was exceptional and even gave me with a lot of tips and insight on my furnace.
