I was one of the many people with water damage in my basement. Even though they were booked out and couldn't assist me till later, they stayed on the phone and gave me a detail description of what I should do in the mean time. I really appreciated the help and time they gave over the phone.

Ryan chose a time to come to my house & I moved my schedule around to accommodate when he could be here. He was a no-show...& didn't call to cancel. I called him 1½ hours later..he was like, "oh yeah I got busy. Sorry."
I gave him another chance to come the next day. You guessed it folks...he pulled another no show. Super bummed & what a waste of my time...twice. Mess with me once, shame on you...mess with me twice, shame on me. My bad for believing in redemption for self involved humans. I should have known better than to believe it was an isolated event.
I have no words to describe my disappointment.
I do not recommend this company.

Dan, and Ray and the rest of the group were very good to work with! They had great communication and always kept you in the loop while working at the house. They did an excellent jobs taking care of the mold in the basement and cleaning the ducts. They followed through with everything we asked and did a great job of explaining why they needed to do what they did to take care of the problem.

Moxie did a fantastic job cleaning an office building for me after doing some construction remodel. They cleaned up some old tile and carpet and made it look spectacular! Highly recommend moxie!

A little back story. I had a kitchen table that was warped and peeling. I got the bright idea to strip, sand, and stain by myself. Jokes on me! A year later, my neighbor used Moxie Services to clean her carpets. I messaged the owner, Dan, and asked if he could fix my table. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, because the table looked awful. I dropped the table off, and they were a little worried because of the material. I was sent a teaser photo of the table top. I was ecstatic to say the least. I couldn't wait to get my table back. When I did, I was beaming! My mom came over a couple of days later and saw the table. Guess who is calling Moxie someday!? I will also be using their services for cleaning my carpets in a couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted!

We had Moxie out to clean the basement carpets. We have a black lab that sheds and when a pup, had a few accidents. They got rid of any urine smell and carpets look like new!!! Will be using them again and referring friends to them! No smell of harsh chemicals either! Thanks Moxie!

Got our carpets cleaned through Moxie. We have two young boys and a dog, so needless to say our carpets were dirty! After the cleaning, they looked new again! We will definitely use them in the future. Price was better than the competition too!
