I called Umi to inquire about a house cleaning after a family member had not kept up on their house. They were quick to set up a walk through and were able to fit the cleaning in so quickly. I added on a few more things for them to help with, and they did an amazing job. They moved broken furniture and garbage out of the house for me. 10 out of 10 I would call them for any future cleaning job that I would have. They are some of the nicest people around.

Steer clear of Sunset and especially the owner. My experience with him was an absolute nightmare. Here's why:

Noisy nightmare: They arrived with a booming radio that they blasted the entire cleaning session. Despite polite requests to turn it down, they continued, making it impossible to relax or even have a conversation.

Obsessive overkill: While thoroughness is usually a good thing, their cleaning bordered on obsessive. They rearranged furniture I specifically requested them to leave untouched, and spent an unreasonable amount of time on minor details while neglecting larger areas.

Harassment Not Housekeeping: The final straw was when they began commenting on the state of my belongings, making me feel judged and uncomfortable.

This was not a cleaning service; it was an intrusion. My office may not have sparkled, but at least the peace and privacy did. Save yourself the stress and avoid.

We have worked with Sunset Office Cleaning for over 20 years. It has been a great experience working with them as we have grown through the years and we are fortunate to have had the same cleaning team since we started! They understand our needs and are there when changes need to be done. They are all very easy to work with whether in person or over the phone. Our office has taken part in community events and Will and his team have always been there to support us and donate their time and services.

Sunset Office Cleaning does great work, which could be said about a lot of companies. Where Sunset stands out is in that last 10% of quality and details. You don't have to inspect and worry about something not getting cleaned and cleaned well. If there's ever anything not quite how you would like it, it only takes one mention for the work to be corrected permanently. I highly recommend their work.

Upon my first meeting with Will I was blown away with how thorough he was. He was very honest and did his best to determine if our businesses were a good match. His honesty put me at ease in that he was interested if this was a right fit for both of us instead of just coming in and giving us a quote and trying to sell his service. After the first cleaning every single team member walked in and commented on how clean the building was. I am certain that this building hasn't been this clean since we moved in 8 years ago. Clearly Sunset Office Cleaning does a great job of training their staff to be thorough when cleaning. From start to the first cleaning, this is one of the best decisions we could have made.
