Constraction reviews in Tea, South Dakota

All I can do is tell about our experience. Our neighbors had a good experience, but we did not. We called them several times but never heard from them until our neighbors called them and said we were interested in getting a barn built. Dave called us and came out quickly, unfortunately he wouldn't be working with us because we weren't in his territory. But he said they could do the job and that Dan would be calling us. Dan called us on our landlines and didn't leave a phone number to call him back. After finally getting in touch, he talked briefly with my husband and then sent us a graphic for a barn with a very high quote. We called him and said that was way out of our price range and never mind. THEN he decided he should come out and talk to us. We wanted a barn built on a pre existing foundation. He was concerned about code. He tried to dig and see how far down it went but gave up after digging for a couple of minutes. I gave him pictures of what we wanted and he said he would get back to us. That was May. We still haven't heard from him. We called after not hearing from him for a month to see what was happening with the quote and he said he'd lost the pictures and asked us to send them to him again. We got the distinct impression he didn't want to do the job and just ghosted us. Rather disappointing. We have found another contractor and his quote is 40,000 less than this contractor.

We had a great experience working with Casey and his crew to replace our building damaged in the dirachio storm. We made several changes along the way and their advice was very helpful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor.

Do great work.

Have no idea how they are for contractor work, but they have a nice shop for hosting events

Experts in their field, prompt and professional with great attention to detail. Great communication, highly recommend for window and door replacement, service, etc.

Called requesting estimate for window and door replacement after finding their ad on google search Greg came 9/11/17 and spent almost an hour measuring each one, gave opinion on replacement vendors, promising bid by 9/15/17. Today is 9/25 and I never received bid, phone call or anything--never heard another word from them???

I'm the service manager for Andersen Windows in the Philadelphia market. We use Northern Plains as a service provider because they are very skillful and know our product line very well! Keep up the good work!

We had a slow leaking window when it rained and had another local company come out. He replaced the entire outer wood casing and charged $1100, which did not fix the leak. I called Northern Plains and they came out and fixed the loose caulking on the window above… that did it. I will never call anyone else, again!!!

Great place no complaints

Justin at cornerstone makes it easy and stress free. Highly recommend

This is the best foundation company in the Sioux Falls area. All of their employees are experienced and know how to square a wall. You’re flatworkers and framers will rave when they have to work on this foundation.
