Vicki came to our house to review our project for new gutters. She was quite personable and professional! She is a uniquely qualified sales woman! We had a wonderful conversation!
We were given an on-the-spot quote. Vicki was not shy to ask for us to commit, however I asked for time to review and Vicki was quite agreeable and the only ‘minor’ pushback - if I can even call it that was that we would not get the same day deposit discount. I would strongly recommend having Vicki come out!

Had a problem with downspout. Jason from Gutter Shutter came out, found the problem and fixed it right away. His work was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. He also worked very fast. I recommend Jason and Gutter Shutter for your gutter needs.

Vicki, sales representative with Gutter Shutter, did a thorough job in assessing and calculating the cost of labor for installing gutter guards I had already purchased. She was not only professional but very pleasant to deal with.

Our first contact with Gutter Shutter was to have our existing gutters cleaned out. Once they looked at our gutters and evaluated everything, we discovered leaking gutters along with fascia boards that were rotting. We were given an estimate for new gutters, but before making a decision we got three other opinions and bids for different brands.
We decided to work with Gutter Shutter and were very pleased. The job was started when they said it would be and finished when they said it would be. Workmanship was great and the job site was left very neat and clean.

Jerry was great! Personable, knowledgeable, he determined what would work best, explained my options as well as what happens next. The installers were fantastic. Took care of my old gutter, installed my lovely new color matched gutter and left my driveway spotless. Definitely recommend.

From the start the sales lady Vicky did a great job offering several options and price points. She was very personable and earned our trust and respect. The crew that installed the gutters was professional and respectful of our property. I give them the highest recommendation. They have already followed up twice to ensure our satisfaction. Great product and company.

Jamie came to give me an estimate, he looked my place over, took measurements, and showed me a really nice product that I was very impressed with. it's definitely a lot more expensive than other systems/companies, but I think it would hold up for a very long time and has an excellent warranty that is fantastic.
I'll just have to see if I get approved for my loan and go from there, but Jamie was very knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and we had several things in common. A pleasure to deal with!

I’ve never used your business, and after hearing your commercial repeat your name Shutter Gutter over and over, I’m even less interested. It’s obnoxious and hard to listen to.

An update to my previous review. Jason called and made an appointment to come back out to the house to make it right. He was patient and explained everything to my wife and I. We are now moving forward with installation. I highly recommend this company and their services. FYI Jason, I finished mowing with a spotlight.

Multiple high pressure attempts to sell me their franchise gutter system was not viewed favorably - they were interested only in their bottom line of selling their new product which I ultimately did not need - nice people but would not recommend
