I watched as a truck from J and R took the time tonight to 1. Try to help a woman by pushing her vehicle up an icy hill, and when that didn’t work, 2. Get a rope out and pull her vehicle so she was no longer stuck/stranded, spinning her wheels.

Initially had some issues with an install. More on the technicians than the company itself. Josh and Mike made it right. They followed up with me often. Took care of me, offered a few inspections to ensure I was provided great service. Friendly and care about their customers. I would highly recommend this company. They have grown in size but are still a small town company at heart and it shows with their quality care.

The employees of J&R are professional, responsive, and friendly. I am so happy with the level of customer service and they were able to fit me into their schedule sooner than anybody else.

We've been using J&R for over 12 years for anything for service/tune up, to repairs when we've had issues. In total we've probably had them out 4-5 times over the past decade.
Whether you're talking to someone at the main office or the field tech that comes to your house, they are always professional, friendly, and they care.
