Ackerman Heating & AC is absolutely amazing! We have used them many times for AC, furnace, and even drainage issues. Every single time they do a wonderful job and we never have issues after, the problem is always resolved. They are very trustworthy and truthful. Only Heating and AC company I trust.

Had furnace issues called Ackerman they were speedy, easy to work with and fixed my problem. no issues since. Reasonably priced as well

Had a new heat pump/hvac system installed in either December 2019 or January 2020. They claimed it was top of the line and would be perfect for our home. The AC has never worked right. Most summer days it won’t kick in. My house normally gets to 85 degrees or higher during the summer days. They have came out numerous times with only excuses. They refuse to fix the actual problem, and won’t tell us what they think the problem is. Finally after three years of being jerked around, we called a different company. They were baffled by the wiring( it was incorrect), and the lines running to the unit were way too small. Because of this, we have to now replace the compressor since Ackerman’s employees kept over charging the system since they could not find the “leak.” This unit has never ran to its full potential since Ackerman installed it. We were told they cut the life expectancy of the hvac in half due to negligence.
Honestly, don’t pay them until you know everything works or they won’t repair it.

This company is great! We have a home warranty and the first person they gave us was a no show 3 different times. They then hooked me up with Ackerman Heating and Air conditioning. They called me right away and came out that afternoon and got everything done promptly. Super great guy. I would definitely recommend them. Just honest, polite and do great work in a timely manner. Thank you!!!

We had a waste oil heater installed in our shop. Within the first couple days of use, we had to call the fire department to put out an attic fire. One of their employees was on the fire department and told us this was not the first time something like this happened. They also stated had we waited 15 minutes longer and it would have ended up being a total loss. Then they sent me a bill for the original install plus for the remedy to ensure it did not happen again. I didn’t seem them repairing the damage.

Terrible, especially if they're in cahoots with American Home Shield. Never came back to finish the job. Been waiting 4 years now, completely ghosted us.
