Did an excellent job!

I give Cole and crew five stars. They installed a retaining wall and put in pavers on the side of my house to create a space to store the large city trash cans. He always took the time to return phone calls and texts. To me communication is important, and he made sure that I was updated on the status of the project. They did an excellent job, at a reasonable price, with zero surprises. If you need landscaping/hardscaping in the Yankton SD area, I highly recommend Vision.

They were working at my neighbors and I went to ask them about a piece of thick 3’x4’ flat stepping slab I went to there shop picked one out and within an hour it was through my back gate and was placed and it fit perfect Very professional and fit me in my tight schedule They will always be my first call in the Yankton area Thanks gang

I was looking in the area to find mowing services and gave Neu Pond & Landscaping a call. They were able to provide a contact that might be able to help! It was very nice to take the extra 5-10 minutes out of their day to assist me.

Long story with these guys....I originally contacted Neu Pond in July of last year and he was very honest that they were busy and it would be October before they could get to our house which I understood. I sent him a text at the beginning of October asking if he thought it would be early October or later to which he responded OCTOBER. They didn't show up in October and when I questioned John, he said they would try to get there the next week.... Well, we all know how November in South Dakota goes... They completely destroyed our yard because they came the day after a huge rain, they put in a patio which looks awesome but is not even the bricks I ordered (I didn't even say anything because I was just happy it was done), got mad at me because they forgot to do what I asked with the rock, told me they were going to "make it right" because they didn't do what I asked them to... Then did what I asked them to do originally and tried to charged me an additional $500. They finished the job in snow, so big surprise, about 12 of the plants didn't survive. They came out and replaced most of them....5 of them the day before a late blizzard. I'm still waiting for replacements on the 2 that didn't bounce back after the blizzard but can't even get a response after multiple attempts since since June (it's now October), our landscaping looks great but I could never recommend NeuPond to anyone.
