Stucco Contractor reviews across the US

We are very pleased with the work of Solid Construction in remediating the stucco on the front of our townhouse. Frank Solis is very responsive and knowledgeable and worked with us to solve issues matching exterior components very capably. His crews are courteous, skilled and organized. Our neighbors even complimented their work to us as the project proceeded. I would highly recommend Frank and Solid Construction. They did an excellent job on our home.

Not only did we have Major Stucco problems we had Structural Beam problems on homes 8 years old. My 5 neighbors interviewed 5 different Stucco Companies and we all agree on Solid Construction.
It took them 8 months to complete all the homes. They were very meticulous in doing the job right and being sure no corners were cut. They gave us a 2 year warranty on the job and we can extend it as long as we up with the maintenance they require.
I highly recommend Solid Construction . They have a team to exceed your expectations. I generally do not give reviews but felt they were most professional and wanted other to know.

Stucco repair, sealing and painting for a 3-story townhome is a big job, but Frank and his team were total pros from the beginning. Frank came to my house personally to see what needed to be done, reviewed my stucco inspection report, and gave me a detailed written bid in just a few days. I was very pleased with the quality of their work as well as the ease of communicating with Frank at every step of the job via text/email/phone. The workers on site were nice young men who were obviously experienced for their tasks. They were very careful of my property, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of a workday. Frank visited the site as needed. Highly recommend Solid Construction!

We are very happy with the work Solid Construction did on the exterior stucco of our home. We hired them after getting multiple estimates from different companies, and they did amazing quality work for a very competitive price! Frank was very communicative, sending pictures of the progress every day. He was also very responsive, if we ever had any questions he would answer them thoroughly and right away. We would definitely use them again if needed!

Frank and the Solid Construction team did a great job and exceeded all expectations. I had a large job that involved stucco repairs in multiple areas, fixing three flat roofs, and rebuilding a balcony heavily damaged by wood rot. Frank was very response to my questions and Solid Construction did a great job on fixing the leaks and resolving the issues. They also went above and beyond when it came to the details. When painting the exterior, they also made sure to paint the eaves and downspouts to give it a completed look. When laying the decking for the balcony, they laid a trim that turned it into a showstopper.

The price was very competitive for the amount of work.

We had our stucco repaired by Solid Construction. Overall, quality of work was satisfactory. They walked us though repair process, explained damages and showed up for work as expected. They also worked on Saturdays. I’d recommend them.

If there were more stars, I would give it. The result is excellent, and the crews were a pleasure to work with. I am glad I chose to work with them.

If you want a great experience call Solid Construction!

Frank and his team were great to work with and did an excellent job!!! They were on time, professional and explained the problems as well as all of our options thoroughly. Our project included replacing a rooftop deck which we thought was a cosmetic issue only. It turned out that we saved ourselves from further costly repairs when the team discovered rotted wood beneath the sub floor. We are thrilled with the finished product and will definitely use Solid Construction again for any future needs!

Solid Construction did a fantastic job on a very challenging project. They knew the exact look we were going for and built beautiful stucco columns/beams. Frank and his team were hard working, even on weekends they were reliable and provided good workmanship. They went above and beyond to make sure our job was above our expectations. They provided excellent communication in a timely manor. They were professional and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

Frank with Solid Construction has just completed a second major repair/maintenance project for us and we highly recommend him and his team! Frank is honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and highly responsive when needed. When he was here to survey the completed job, he noticed a couple of dead trees that could fall on our home and suggested we have them taken out. We so appreciate him and are thankful we can call on him for any home repair and/or maintenance to insure our home value/investment. ☺️🙌

We hired Solid Construction to perform stucco repair and balcony waterproofing, and we were very happy with the final product. The team was always prompt and willing to answer questions and address concerns. Frank the owner went above and beyond to ensure we were always happy with the work being done by maintaining a constant line of communication. I highly recommend this company!

Solid Construction did an extensive stucco maintenance and upgrade on our home in 2024 and we love the results !! The owner, Frank Solis, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He was there the entire time and was always in communication with us no matter how busy he was. We knew all the details of what was going on, and when new things came up (as they always do with these projects as you progress through), Frank and his guys handled them all extremely well and kept us informed. Solid has an excellent warranty as well on the work done. His "Solid" reputation is well earned and most well deserved.

Had the pleasure of working with Frank and his crew. Their scope of work consisted of:

-stucco repair in high moisture areas
-structural beam removal and replacement
-sealant work around the whole house
-stucco painting for the entire front of the house

Frank was very responsive whether it was a phone call, text or email. Sent daily updates with photos of job progress and his crew kept the work site very clean. They worked quickly and diligently to meet all deadlines and their work was excellent. I highly recommend their services as they clearly take pride in their work and it showed with the finished product.

Please reference the before, during and after photos.

Thanks again Frank and crew! You really did an exemplary job!

Our experience with Solid Construction could no be better. We had a large project with some repairs, adding drainage to the Stucco, changing the balcony and repainting the entire house with protective paint. Solid Construction team and Frank in particular were very friendly, they kept us informed on progress, the crews arrived on time every day and the work was completed with the highest quality, within the expected time. Solid Construction even came a week after the project was basically completed, to install a lamp and the Ring doorbell that they could not do before as I was traveling. Finally I did a thorough check for pricing and they were the best value for money. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Solid Construction for the stucco work on my home. The owner, Frank, came highly recommended by an inspection company, and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional.

They did everything they said they would do, and even went above and beyond when additional damage was discovered during the project. Any change orders were communicated immediately and clearly, with proper documentation, which I really appreciated.

The team stayed on schedule and finished the project within the promised timeline. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly impressed by their level of professionalism and transparency.

At one point a large-ticket item was accidentally damaged during the work. Frank brought it to my attention right away and took care of it almost immediately without hesitation or delay, which says a lot about his integrity and how he runs his business.

Overall, Solid Construction was reliable, communicative, and extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality stucco work or paint work

Good people

Great company. The manager JASON SCHLESSINGER is very professional.

horrible work by this company! ask the workers were they live? at the company. would not recommend this company

Hirng this company is the worse thing that could have happen to us. Our stucco looks so ugly and they left a mess everywhere. The blast crew are rude and so unproffesional.

The reviews by the samoan beauty and des are the same person who is getting sued by this company (california construction services). This person has been warned about libel and slander and is basically a low life living in the streets. Her reviews are made up and she has never been a customer of California Construction Services.

Johnny Liu is simply a liar and not stating the facts. Mr. Liu purchased on a private sale some one of our licensed sales person some doors. This was a private transaction with Mr. Silverstein. The company did not own the doors, we do not sell doors, and we had nothing to do with the transaction. Apparently, the doors that were picked up at Mr. Silversteins house was not what the person paying for them wanted. They were returned and the funds were returned to Mr. Liu. Mr. Liu, as we understand it, then tried to charge Mr. Silverstein a trip charge because he felt he wasted his time with the doors. Mr. Silverstein does not own our company yet Mr. Liu puts him down as the owner. Our company has been in business for over 40 years and we have seen it all. Unless Mr. Liu wants to find himself in court being sued for libel and slander, I suggest he take more precaution and tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth when writing a post on the internet that is full of holes and misrepresented facts!
