Stucco Contractor reviews across the US

They did a great job. Great to work with and they were prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any stucco work you might need done.

I contacted JM Plastering regarding a possible leak, and Jonas handled my situation in a very professional manner. he guided me in the right direction to help resolve the issue.
It’s rare to come across someone who truly understands your problem and focuses on providing the right solution rather than just trying to make money. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

Very pleased with my experience with JM Plastering. They repaired my stucco around a new electrical panel install, and a hole where old AC line came out of my home. I was able to text Jonas photos of repairs that need to be done, I got a quote within minutes, he also scheduled the very next day. Jonas was punctual, very professional he provided me with description of the process and a detailed contract before work began. This is someone who obviously takes pride in his work! Workmanship was outstanding, Jonas had a great attitude throughout the whole process. He removed all waste from demo, and left my home clean. All around great experience and I will call him for any future stucco repairs on my home!

Jonas was amazing he showed up on time and stayed through the whole job to make sure the color matched perfectly. I had someone else come out and do work previously that did not do a quality job. I will post before and after pictures, but the same part of my house got hit. So Jonas repaired my stucco properly and match the paint exactly. I would definitely recommend hiring him if you'd like a quality job.

Morales Plastering has been phenomenal to work with.
I initially contacted them for a small fix on plaster/stucco in my garage and I ended up just skipping on the project. But they came out quick for an estimate and explained the pricing and what needed to be done.

Next time I contacted them was a couple months later when there was some water leaks going into my basement. It turned out there was a whole wall that had old windows with bad flashing and rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They provided amazing service and the stucco was fantastic looking. Alex was easy to get a hold of no matter what was happening and always easy to talk to.

Lastly when I had some issues with the wall project a year later, Alex and his dad came out as soon as I mentioned that there was some rusting and was quick to schedule a crew to come out and fix.

This commitment to quality, fair pricing, and open communication is the reason why I'll refer others to them in the future and I'll also be going back to them myself.

Alejandro and his team did an excellent job.

We called them to demolish and remake the stucco of part of a wall. They started and completed the work in a timely fashion, and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. Alejandro is very knowledgeable and professional, he was personally present during most of the work, and answered our questions extensively.

Very happy. Reasonable. Fast. The vibe Alejandro was great and easy going. They completed a small job that matched the exiting stucco of my house.

Alejandro and his team did a fantastic job matching the trim we had on another window. Alejandro answered all of our questions and helped us with decisions. Our new window trim is beautiful. His team was so professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Alejandro Morales has put together a great team to do your construction work. They did a major repair job on our stucco on the front of our home that took less than a week to do. They always arrived on time and/or communicated when they might be late or would need to reschedule. Cesar, the team coordinator, made sure to check in with us on all aspects of the job. The team was efficient and reasonably quick with the repairs, and were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. We liked their pricing and work so much that when we found out they could do more than stucco, we negotiated to have them repaint the exterior of our windows and help with one small electrical job that required some dry wall work. I would highly recommend Mr. Morales and his team to do work on your home as well.

After discovering some water intrusion issues around a large picture window, I called Alejandro for window and stucco repair. As always, his expertise was invaluable in diagnosing the issue and having different solutions. They sealed everything up and the stucco looks brand new. It’s a relief to have the waterproofing finished before the next big storm. Great communication throughout the entire process!

Our two-story duplex had siding on the second floor that was falling off. We decided to replace the siding with stucco. After talking to several contractors, we selected Alejandro Morales and were very happy with the results. He helped guide us through decisions about how to do the stucco in a manner that looks good with the areas we were not re-stuccoing. His lead project coordinator, Cesar, was very communicative and responsive as they managed the work during a rainy period. His crew also did some additional painting so that the final result looked great. I recommend Alejandro Morales.

Over the past five years, we have completed a number of home remodeling projects, from kitchen and bathroom renovations to HVAC replacement. Morales Plastering Construction has been our smoothest experience yet!

The owner, Alejandro Morales, is a joy to work with. He takes immense pride in his work, and it’s evident that his team respects and enjoys working for him. He is a hands-on owner who (literally) isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty to ensure the highest quality; he even personally helped complete the finishing paint work on the repaired stucco and surrounding areas.

Communication with Alejandro and his team was top-notch. All workers showed up on time and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. We had multiple leaks in our windows, and Mr. Morales was able to diagnose the root cause immediately. He offered repair recommendations and a very fair quote—a much better route than replacing the windows entirely!

If you have leaks associated with rain or any non-roof-related stucco or siding issues, look no further than Morales Plastering Construction!

Professional and outstanding work.
We put in a new Electrical Panel for our house. Hired SB Stucco to patch up stucco around the new panel. They expertly matched the stucco grain and color.
I highly recommend SB Stucco.

Ever and his crew of Alex and Tony provided great service when a need arose for stucco repair and waterproofing. They made time to answer any questions that I had during the repair work and left the area spotless when they were done. They are a great company if you want quality stucco work.

Ever and his team did an amazing job on our large 3 story condo building in West Hollywood. His company was recommended after a previous contractor left the job in shambles. We had to find someone quickly to essentially start over and could not have been more lucky to find South Bay Stucco. The building is from the early 1980s and had a very outdated look. The stucco was cracking and the building was leaking. Ever and his team transformed the building into a modern marvel. It is now the best looking building on the street, and people regularly pass by and comment about how amazing it looks.

They project consisted of removing wood siding and installing lathe and chicken wire on 40 or so balconies. Then the entire building, including all 40 balconies, and the walls and planters were all updated to beautiful Santa Barbara smooth stucco. This was a very difficult job as they needed to straighten out balconies and deal with a building that wasn't originally well crafted.

Ever and his team were showed up every day as scheduled and they kept us well informed. You couldn't find a more pleasant company to work with. The team actually looked like the enjoyed doing their job.

This project was a ton of work, and we are forever grateful we found South Bay Stucco. I'm attaching some before and after pictures so you can judge for yourselves!

Ever and his team are top notch. South Bay Stucco did an excellent job on my complete house and garage restucco for my 1931 Spanish Revival. Giving me the original look I wanted. After the house was sandblasted they got right to work. Installing the mesh over the whole house, then after a few weeks of drying my new color stucco coat was applied. I couldn't be happier with the job they have done. Thank you Ever and South Bay Stucco for an excellent experience and a job well done.

A truck backed into the corner of my brand new home so I contacted modern builder for stucco repair and they did not let me down. They did an impeccable job

A huge thank you to Modern Builders! We cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of their work. Nelson was absolutely fantastic and an artist at resurfacing our stucco. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job.
We had the unfortunate experience of having to put the project on hold for a week in the middle due to weather and Nelson took the time to take up all of the protective tarps from the ground and all the construction bits to ensure that our dog would be able to happily and safely utilize the yard during the break. That is care!
And what a transformation! It’s like a new home. Our house went from an unattractive green popcorn finish to a beautiful smooth coconut finish. Thank you to Nelson, Brian, Isai and the whole Modern Builders team.

I couldn’t be happier with Bryan‘s communication and project execution. Modern builders brought the exterior of my home back to life with stucco repairs and a fresh coat of paint! Thank you modern builders! 🙌🏽

Bryan did a fantastic job on our stucco project in Los Feliz! The work was super clean, and the finish came out great. He and his team were professional, reliable, and even handled the painting—making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

They provided a general scope of two roof inspections for my company collaborating on projects. Timely, efficient, and communication was great the entire time. Thank you!
