The water line to my house broke. I called BK at 7:30 AM. They were here by 8:30 AM. I recived several texts during that time updating me on my service call. I recived a call from the plumber letting me know he was on the way. I am very pleased with the service I recived.

Call BK about a leak in water heater. They sent Scott out on the call. He was on time & did a very very professional job. Explained in detail what he was going to do & did the job in a timely manner
Will use again for sure. Ask for SCOTT!
