Been buying supplies last 13 years always great experience an friendly atmosphere.

Love gray Hodges... Never alone death kelp is awesome Crystal is the best when it comes to ordering very knowledgeable

The best plumbing company to buy all your fixtures and parts. Also, you can buy good quality cabinets. Go see Angie for those future cabinets...

Inefficient, at best
1.) After measurement, it took several days to get a return call from someone who could show me pictures of what the shower door that they were proposing would look like, because nobody was "internet savvy"
2.) After ordering, it took five weeks for someone to come out to install
3.) When he came out to install, the header was cut wrong.
4.) It took over another two weeks for a "rush" header to be delivered and installed.
5.) I have a nice scrape on my ceiling from the install, my just remodeled bathroom that included scraped ceilings, now needs more work.
6.) I asked for some sort of discount for the hassle, but because they decided to charge my credit card BEFORE the job was ever completed, I'm not getting a response.
Go with Clinton Glass in Knoxville!!
The only reason they are getting two stars is because the installer was incredibly nice.

Buyer Beware!!! Fiberglass Shower/Tubs are 6 inches too short to accommodate a sliding door. Plus Shower spray will damage your drywall. Know your shower door height before you purchase / install one of these NON-STANDARD showers!!!!!

I recently purchased cabinets at Gray Hodges in Maryville. I was very pleased with the service I received from Ryan. The cabinets were affordable, well made and I received them fast. I had one little problem but Ryan made it good. Thanks

Ryan Cox provided us with excellent, professional service when we were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. We worked with him and he made sure we were completely satisfied with every detail before he considered our purchase complete. We recommend him highly.

Be sure to check, and double check, your invoice. They attempted to charge for items we didn’t need (including charging $1300 for a $400 sink due to “color differences”), billed for items typically billed directly to the plumber, and failed to inform us the sink needed a support in order to be installed properly. Maryville Topshop provided significantly better service and communication.

Gray Hodges is a great plumbing supply house with an excellent showroom and staff. They're very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I dealt with Scott Ray and he truly wants what's best for the customer. He was professional with clear communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

UPDATE!!!! Spoke with Jordan concerning the original review below . He was very respectful , apologetic and extremely helpful to resolve the issue. As a result i will be making more than just my original purchase and will definitely recommend Winsupply to others.

ORIGINAL Review:
Called Friday about a shower. Talked to Sharon. Sharon said yes i have one in stock so i said great we’ll check back on Monday to purchase. My wife called on Monday talked to Sharon about the shower and to verify the price , Sharon said yes we have one in stock . Wife said great be out tomorrow to get it. Today Tuesday drove 1hr1/2 to get to there. Spoke with Sharon , she checked her inventory, yes we have one. She goes in the back and comes back and says Unfortunately the shower was sent to a job unbeknownst to her and was rejected but will be available tomorrow if we still want it?????? Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. We left , wont be back and WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice selection but felt very judged, doubt I'll be returning
