Extremely slow, appears to be no urgency in fixing customers appliances, took a month and a half to fix my oven. Reason given is waiting on parts. Maybe TN Appliances should consider FEDEX or some other method. After parts arrived still took over a week to get on there schedule. I am totally dissatisfied.

Dusty was very nice and professional during the service visit…would definitely recommend him! He came in and diagnosed the problem quickly. After the repair was done he thoroughly tested the washer before calling the job complete.
