Repairs done quickly by a friendly electrician. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend Lin-Dell. We will call on them again.

These guys were great! I had a bunch of tasks and they knocked them out quickly and took away the old fixtures. I like their standard pricing, so no surprises. Both gentlemen who worked on my place (I had a bunch of needs) were friendly and professional. I have this company plugged into my phone so that I can call them again. I highly recommend them.

The electrician from Lin-Dell arrived just on time and did everything I needed. We had a variety of issues and they were all fixed by the end of the visit. The electrician was neat and cleaned up behind himself. Everything has worked perfectly since. Highly recommended!

I called them in the morning to replace a hard-wired smoke detector and they were out that afternoon. Steve was very professional and on time which was a plus for a mom like me! He quickly installed a new one and didn't mind my 3 year old watching him. I would definitely use Lin-Dell again for any of my electrical needs.

Happy issue resolved(not actual repair) but not happy with cost for actual work done. The reason why I got out of the repair field is because of what happened to me here at Lin-Dell. I asked about the service call fee and it was explained it would be $49 and depending on the issue there would be another charge. So based on my tenant the guy was there about 1-2 min, walked in to check to see if the outlet was working, which we knew was not. He walked to the opposite wall and clicked the reset button on the GFI outlet which it happened to be connected to. Total repair cost a few dollars short of $100, $49 trip fee and $42 to push the button. I could have drove from Atlanta to Antioch and back for $50 and did that myself. Lin-Dell and other repair companies there has to be a better way to cover issues that are as simple as a click of a button or a turn of a screw that only takes up no more than 5 min of a tech time. You get me once but not twice. Next time I go to Nashville I will be making labels for regular outlets that are protected by a GFI outlet. Somethings can be change with repair cost in the service industry. Lin-Dell knows in this case, just that simple push of the reset button and only charging $49 trip fee would have kept them completely in the green and then some for this service call.

Doug Stevens came out to fix our door and did an excellent job. He was very personable, honest about what needed to be done, and worked quickly without cutting corners. You can tell he takes pride in doing quality work. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing repairs done right the first time.

Douglas changed out our kitchen light fixtures and added recess lighting, replaced rotting boards on my deck and insulation under in the crawl space of my house, added a new plug/dedicated circuit for our sump pumps and replaced all of the smoke alarms in the house. He picked up all the supplies, did the work and left the areas clean. We will be calling again for future projects.

We had a fantastic experience working with Douglas at Dr. Sparky! Our dishwasher and kitchen sink garbage disposal went out at the same time and Doug throughly helped us replace and completely install new appliances as well as patch old holes in Sheetrock and cap exposed wires that had been left exposed behind cabinetry by our original home builder. He was wonderful to work with, efficient and kept his workspace clean and held the upmost respect of our home!
