LICRA remediated a rotted subfloor on my upper restroom and resulted in having to replace the cell in the bathroom below. The tile floor in the bathroom also had to be replacedMarie the owner, was extremely professional and she and her crew took special care to be neat, clean and after they left, you couldn’t even tell that they were there. I’d Definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs that type of work completed, especially if you need it completed in a timely manner.

I use LICRA for an apartment complex cleaning and carpet cleaning. They always do a great job, are very flexible with the scheduling I need and always figure out a way to work in an unexpected cleaning or carpet cleaning. They are also very fast to respond to emergency situations when we have had flooding in an apartment, and even took care of a fire restoration in an occupied apartment quickly and professionally. Great company to partner with!

AMAZING at what they do! Great company to work with! They provide tremendous work when it comes to turning an apartment. Their paint, house cleaning and carpet cleaning teams are all professional and the best at what they do. Will make your carpet look like new even after years of wear and tear. Their staff is always helpful and kind. Highly recommend L.I.C.R.A!

Licra was hired by my apartment complex to perform smoke remediation in my unit after a smoke incident. Unfortunately, the quality of work and the way the situation was handled were extremely disappointing.

After Licra claimed the remediation was completed, I inspected the unit and immediately noticed that several major surfaces had clearly not been cleaned at all. The living room floors, kitchen countertops, and bathroom vanity countertops still had visible dirt, residue, and even footprints. These were areas directly affected by the smoke and should have been addressed as part of the remediation process.

Despite Licra claiming that these surfaces were cleaned, the condition of the unit clearly showed otherwise. I provided photos documenting the residue and marks that remained. In some areas, simply wiping with a paper towel produced visible oily smoke residue.

Instead of returning to inspect the property or address the concerns, the project was closed without any follow-up visit. When I contacted Licra directly, I received contradictory statements and was ultimately told to speak with the property manager rather than having the work evaluated again.

A remediation company should stand behind its work, especially in situations involving smoke residue where proper cleaning is critical. In this case, the floors, countertops, and vanity surfaces were never properly cleaned despite repeated claims that the work had been completed.

Overall, the work quality was poor, communication was inconsistent, and legitimate concerns about incomplete cleaning were ignored.

I would strongly recommend that anyone hiring Licra verify the work very carefully before accepting that the job is complete

    Not too satisfied.
The first time they came out to "treat" mold and flooded carpeting, they left visible mold on the carpet and did not pull out all the wet padding underneath the carpet.
They came the next day to check how much the carpet had dried. I told them that there is still mold to be treated and wet padding to come out. They did NOT do their due diligence.
Today they came back to check the carpet. I told them, yet again about the issues.

I WAS TOLD THE CARPET WAS NOT WET AND THEY WILL NOT BE PULLING IT OUT(with ATTITUDE) . I had to, RIP the CARPET back to show him, IT WAS SOAKED AND WATER ON THE FLOOR!
ONLY THEN DID HE REMOVE THE WET PADDING.

This is the most unprofessional and flat-out disrespectful company I have ever hired. The “CEO” and his crew worked without masks while my fiancé was at home, and when I got home and told him to put a mask on, he told me he was thinking about giving me a discount until I asked him to wear a mask.

Then he started arguing with me, saying he was going to “teach me a lesson,” and raised his voice at my fiancé and I so loud that she hid in the bedroom. He and I stood and argued for a while, and then he accused me of asking him to wear a mask because I wanted to “show my manhood” in front of my partner. I threw him out and told him to get off my property and never to come back.

Mind you, I never raised my voice or swore at this guy or anything. I literally just said “hey, if you’re gonna be in here, you and your team need to be wearing masks.” He stood there and argued with me for five minutes before he went and got a mask, and then came back and yelled in my kitchen. I have no freaking clue what this guy’s problem is but I will never ever recommend anyone letting him in their house. Seriously, I hate that this dude knows where I live, this is one of the most aggressive, unsafe, and unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked with.

Edit - to the person who replied below me, I literally pulled out my phone and took an audio recording of this entire incident. Once he started raising his voice, I had no idea what was going to happen, and I have a 30-minute long audio file of this guy yelling and him telling me all of this.
