I have been providing dumpsters for this company. Get ready for Conversations and good work. I get to see his work from house to house. And from what I see, his work looks great! He also always pays me for my dumpsters. Which is good haha

Jim is very easy to work with. He is available when you need him. Has a very knowledgeable team behind him. Does great work. Completely remodeled the interior of our home.

I hired JG Custom Construction to do my bathroom renovation. They did a Phenomenal job. Dave, Evan and Jim did a fantastic job. They were always on time and cleaned up everyday before they left. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend JG Construction and will definitely use them again. Thank you Jim, Dave and Evan. I am thoroughly enjoying my my new bathroom.

We couldn't be happier with the work JG Customs provided on our basement build-out. From the very start, Jim demonstrated an exceptional ability to listen and truly understand our vision. He expertly translated our ideas into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was his ability to achieve this while staying within our budget, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully considered. Jim's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering quality work have transformed our basement into a space that perfectly reflects our style and needs. We highly recommend JG Customs to anyone looking for top-notch construction and design services. We will continue to partner with the team on future projects.

I initially contacted the owner for an on-site visit and to request a quote. Jim took the time to understand what we wanted done, answered all our questions, and made some suggestions. Jim was obviously well versed in custom construction and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. He followed up quickly with a quote, which we accepted. Jim stated he would assign Don and Mark to do the work, saying that they were a great team, and that they could start in just a few days. A great team? How about an OUTSTANDING team! Don and Mark screened of the entire work area and began work promptly every morning. They cleaned up at the end of every day. But what impressed us the most was the amazing crafmanship of these 2 professionals. What a great team! Watching them work was a pure joy for me, because I recognize and appreciate true craftsmanship. This was a very custom project that involved building a custom wall made of a series of French door panels. Also included was custom trim work and molding that needed to match up with already existing custom molding. The result of their work was breathtakingly beautiful. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work ethic and professionalism displayed by Jim the owner and by Don and Mark who performed the work. In the end, not only did I receive outstanding service, but I feel like I made 3 new friends. That you Jim, Don and Mark!

I lived in Chattanooga for nearly 6 years. The work they started and never completed is poor and completely unacceptable. If I could give less stars I would. !!!!BEWARE!!!! He will take your money, give this type of work, leave a disaster for you to clean and ghost you after collecting over $30,000 leaving you with a larger safety issue than you started with.

We hired Jim to finish off a covered patio that we were less than happy with from another contractor and couldn’t be more pleased. From the very beginning Jim listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions and helped bring our vision to life for a very reasonable price. The time frame from estimate to project completion would’ve been much quicker had we not pushed them back because of repairs that needed to be made prior to starting, but Jim took every snafu we threw at him with ease. The crew we had always left the area clean and organized after they left each day. Would absolutely recommend Jim and his crew to anyone needing some home remodeling!

We recently hired JG CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for our kitchen remodel, and they proved to be a cut above the rest in every way.,From the initial design consultation to the final reveal, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were exceptional. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and treated our property with respect throuhout the entire project.
What impressed us most was their attention to detail. They didn’t just complete the job they made sure it was done right, with quality that clearly reflects pride in their work. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they kept us updated at every stage.
It’s rare to find a construction company that combines skill , reliability, and genuine customer care, but this team truly does in every aspect .We’re extremely pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for top tier workmanship.
