I have used them for like 15 years and they have repaired many of my appliances. Last time they did not show, never responded to my text, calls, nor did they contact me to reschedule. Had to call another company. Very disappointed after so many years of good service.

I had an excellent experience. Chris was there when he said he would be there. I was called when he was on his way. I was informed of all costs up front. Very professional. I would definitely recommend and definitely use again.

I don't know about this other reviews but feel free to contact me on Google. The service was initially prompt but I have now gone into day 5 without a refrigerator for a family of five (5) with three (3) of them being children. I have called repeatedly to get the 'warranty' and 'service'. My experience has been far from favorable with this company. I have also proceeded to contact American Express to dispute the payment. I am going with Sears to make sure I get prompt and reliable service. Sadly tI have to give a one as it won't let me give less than that!
