We had an excellent experience with Ross. He did an amazing job troubleshooting issues with our ceiling fan and light fixture and did a fantastic job installing the new ceiling fan, making sure everything was secure, working properly, and looked great (plus he was great with my animals)- Highly recommend Ross for electrical work if you’re in or near the Bartlett, TN area!

Ross Electric installed a double oven in my home and was very professional. They also recognized and repaired an electrical problem at my home. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent!

I had just moved into my new home about 2 days when I was having issues with my lights, after attempting to get them on by switching on some fuses in the fuse box, all the lights in the entire house shut off. It was 11:30 at night, and I was in the total darkness, with my daughter coming over the very next morning. I looked online for an electrician that would come out as soon as possible, found Ross Electric Company's number here on google, ans s I glad I did!

He a as there within an hour, took about 15 minutes to get all the lights back on, and also fixed the original problem which is why I was messing with the fuse box in the first place. He was so professional the entire experience and charged me an incredible price to do what he did!

He did such a great job that when my mother needed a light installation, I called Toss without hesitation, and as expected got the same amount of professionalism and care while he was at my Mother's and I couldn't be happier!

I would absolutely recommend him to anybody needing any electrical service whatsoever! You'll be happy you did!

Our family contacted Ross Electric Company when we did an addition to our home about 2 months ago. Not only did we receive the best possible service we could've asked for, but Ross was incredibly informative about the entire job and helped us go back and repair what the negligence and mistakes that were made by the company that was helping us before.
Since then we've called Ross to update our home’s paneling system, which was extremely affordable and to our surprise, much needed. He even discussed and went over safety precautions with our entire family. Were incredibly grateful for Ross Electric Company and would recommend them to absolutely anyone needing assistance!

Late in my review, Ross was great to work with Sept 2025. Came right out & replaced the wires to our AC to get our air working again and it was very hot in that attic!

I found Ross in a Facebook group. I contacted him and he came out the next day to qoute me for what I needed done. Ross is very professional and takes his time and shows he cares about his work. I needed electricity for my shed and he did the job. I am pleased and will use his service again. I will refer him in a heartbeat. Thank you again Ross.
