Awful! the guy (you know who you are) was supposed to come as discussed and never showed the first time, that was the first red flag; so he shows another day and tells us he'll give us an estimate in a few days. Really? I had to ask numerous times as if he is doing us a favor; he finally sends it, I ask a few questions and he just never responds...let's get something straight - we were doing YOU a favor by even considering giving you our business, you're a dime a dozen and there are MANY companies who are willing to get the job done and thankfully they have. Pass!
My breaker went out in my home late in the evening, I searched for countless electricians online and no one would take my call, that was until David with Power Source Electric answered after hours, who was professional and courteous, listened to my problem, tried to walk me through it, and after we couldn't resolve the problem he sent one of his best guys Peanut to come service our home. Peanut got to my home quickly, and he was professional and courteous as well, completed the job and saved our breaker from what would have been a disaster for our fridge. Thank you David, Peanut, and Power Source Electric for your thorough service. I strongly recommend them for anyone in need of electrical services both commercial and residential.
I have used this company several times with nothing but positive experiences. They are helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. Zach has been to my house several time to deal with problems and make upgrades. He always goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.
