These guys are fantastic! They always do a phenomenal job and they communicate with us about weather delays, etc. so that we always know when to expect them. They have a very professional (and easy!) invoicing system through email, and their site is easy to navigate. I appreciate that they send you a paid invoice confirmation as well. There were issues with a ton of storms over the summer, and Mr.Cleo came out and got our yard taken care of on Father's Day. If that isn't commitment, I don't know what is! I cannot recommend this company enough.

In our industry, first impressions set the mood. Not only were they able to fit us in last minuet (due to others not performing at all), but they went beyond expectations. Before we were able to express what our wants were for the properties, they took the initiative made it look plush!

These people have become family. I found Grass and Garden on a random drive and they were tending to their own beautiful property. I knew I needed help in my yard as I had just purchased my home and flat out did not have the capacity to manage the process. I was so grateful to have found the right people for the job on the first solicitation. They’ve not EVER failed me and they even installed my fence! I have no complaints only accolades for their professionalism and care.

We had snow followed by so much ice, I was standing on top the snow drift which partially blocked my door! Despite demands across the region, below freezing temps for days and that the job required stages, Cleo and Renee stayed in touch with me on the plan, the process and progress. They did a great job and were great to work with.

I am so grateful because GOD sent an Angel today! I could not get out of my driveway to go to work. Mr. Cleo came and cleared my driveway of so much SNOW and I am more than happy! I called approximately 15 other locations and was told they were booked full and could not take any more requests, or I was told they only do Commercial properties. The price was reasonable and he did an absolutely amazing job! You have gained a new customer! I will be calling for other projects. Thank you so much!!

Communication and customer service was professional, pricing was not reasonable. I thought it would be considering the starting prices were fairly low. We wanted sod installation after removing a tree stump. I was given a quote of $620 for the small area. The owner told me that the stump was removed incorrectly and more sod would be needed. The owner also stated that had we paid more for the tree stump removal, it would have been done correctly. We had the stump removed for $100. I had contacted the tree removal company and they ensured me that the roots were completely removed and even came back out a second time to check. We were looking for a quick fix to cover the spot, they told me that it would eventually grow back over the course of a few months. I'm glad I ended up listening to the tree removal company. I had the stump removed in April and by October it looked like a tree was never there. Even though it took roughly 6 months, I'm glad I didn't end up spending over $600 to have sod installed. My lawn care provider even told me that it shouldn't have been a $600 project.

I contacted the company 3 times to receive a quote. After 2 weeks, I received my first call back and I was told someone would give me a call. I never heard anything. I reached out two more times but I still didn’t receive another follow up. Very poor service.
