I have used this company multiple times for a few different things . My downstairs had flooded they came and did the water extraction and replaced all my floors and drywall, bathroom vanity and toilet. My upstairs toilet leaked into my downstairs bedroom and they came and pulled my toilet replaced the wax ring and fix the ceiling. I have worked directly with both Richard and Jason and they are both very professional and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend this company enough. They also clean carpets which they have also done for me on several occasions.

When our upstairs bathtub overflowed and caused significant damage to the kitchen and living room downstairs, I contacted ASDT for help. They promptly sent Richard to assess the damage. Impressively, he arrived within two hours of our initial call to the office. Richard conducted a very thorough inspection, explaining each step of the process clearly. He also handled all communications with the insurance adjuster, which made the situation much less stressful for us. Thanks to Richard's professionalism and efficiency, I highly recommend ASDT for anyone in need of damage assessment and repair services.

We were referred to ASDT by a friend when we had trouble locating a leak in our house. Richard came out and was able to find the leak in the plumbing. They arranged for a plumber to make the repairs and took care of the drywall and painting. Very professional and courteous service. Highly recommend!

In April, we discovered standing water in our basement, directly where our golf simulator was located. The outside spigot had frozen and cracked during the winter, but we didn’t realize it until months later, when we turned the water on to fill our new pool. After the water had been running for about 24 hours, we noticed the flooding. I panicked and didn’t know what to do.

I called several companies, but ASDT was the first to respond—and within an hour, someone was at my door.

From the very beginning, ASDT helped reduce my stress. They knew exactly what to do. They brought in shop vacs, fans, and dehumidifiers and started removing water and damaged materials immediately to prevent mold growth. They took pictures and worked directly with my insurance company, making the claim process smooth and manageable.

Jason and Richard were especially helpful, kind, and professional throughout. They checked on my home daily until it was completely dry. Later, when renovations were finished, I asked them to clean the basement contents. Not only did they clean everything, but they also put all my furniture back exactly where it belonged. I was blown away.

The home I was renting had a terrible leak with severe mold growth and damage. Due to this I lost my place to live. With that being said the people at ASDT were very kind and considerate while doing their job while I was moving out. We called ASDT after a flood at our Lodge! They were there in less than 24 hours and had the entire lodge back in order in less than 30 days. Massive flood with major damage on 6 floors, 2 conference rooms, boardroom, restrooms, lobby, administrative areas, etc. perfect job, lighting fast and very friendly and professional. Great customer service and follow through! We also have them clean our floors and carpets one a year to absolute perfection! No better work and no better service than ASDT!
