What a wonderful family operation. These people responded to my request very quickly and let me know when they were coming out. The work was done professionally and efficiently and done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these people for all your tree removal and trimming needs.

Local, professional, bonded/insured, and the absolute best price I found. I got quotes from three other companies and the next cheapest option was literally double what Lain's quoted. One was three times as much - that company asked me how much I was quoted before and I told them what Lain's quoted me and he was shocked a licensed and bonded company could offer that and said there was no way he could match the price.

The service was timely and they made quick work of the tree we needed gone. They even cut it into firewood lengths at the quoted price.

I'm definitely going to be calling on Lain's next time we need something done.

Jeff and his crew did a great job removing several trees and bushes from our yard, including a sycamore monstrosity over 60' tall with multiple trunks. Very professional and a great price! It took a few weeks after we gave him the job due to his backlog but definitely worth the wait. They have all the right equipment and were done in 6 hours. Stumps ground and all cleaned up! Thanks for such a excellent job!

Lains tree service team was the most professional, efficient, and friendly group of people I have met in a long time. Their pricing and speed was amazing and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. They came to take care of one large tree for us, but ended up taking care of three other trees and a stump after offering me a package deal I couldn’t refuse. I had a large oak which fell onto my house and driveway (including crushing the rear bed of a pickup truck), and I was recommended to call Lain's by another very reputable tree service who didn't have a large enough crane to deal with this tree. The Lain's team came out literally the next day after the quote and carefully removed the tree from the house (and in the process, separating a large beehive in an upper branch and gently placing it away from the work to let the bees figure things out). We were definitely impressed by their experience - and the fact that they preserved the remaining property. I can definitely recommend them - the pricing was quite fair given the size of the tree, and the speed with which they moved to get this work done certainly earned them a customer here. Thank you!

UPDATE: Lain's did work for me a second time, to remove two more trees which could be a threat to the house along with side trimming branches from a third which overhung the house. The largest one, another oak, was close to the size of the one that fell. It was however quite close to the power line for the house. Lain's crew worked deftly around this using two cranes to cut and then lift the tree out, section by section. And it was a good thing it was removed - turns out that quite a bit of it was spalled/hollowed out, and it may have been the next to fall (though outwardly there was no indication). The owner Jeff is some kind of tree whisperer - he knows which ones are ok and which ones need to be dealt with. I trust his judgement completely, and will be walking the property with him again to see if other trees need attention.

Great company to do business with. They responded quickly when we called them and had tree removed in 3 days of contact. They did a fabulous job removing and cleaning up. Other companies had strung us along for 6 weeks saying they would get out to do the work. Pentecost put words into action!
