After many times of them letting my dog out and leaving gates open/unlatched, he is no longer here with me. We’ve explained to them many times, and this last time ended in a fatal result. Very heartbreaking.

In response to the reply I received on my original review: No, you do not have my name specifically in your records, as I am not the one who signed up/pays for service. To assume that you'd know or have record of all the names in the houses whose yards you service is absurd. Mr. Waller knows the last name Bowling without checking your database - I assure you of that.
DO NOT discount my experience and the loss of my dog. That is disrespectful. I would understand if I was leaving a review for the wrong company, but I am very familiar with who has been doing the landscaping for the last 15+ years (if it were up to me that would have changed after the first 3 times the gates weren't left how they were found).
Though it was not your company's intention, it is the reality of what happened.
I will not be calling as that will do nothing to bring my boy back. If you want to dispute over reviews, I can post a video of your guys in blue shirts leaving the gate open, though I don't think you'd want that.

I had seen the Waller trucks around the neighborhood for a lot of years, and I knew which homes his company serviced. I was always impressed by how impeccable the grounds of those houses looked. So, when it was time for me to overhaul our front landscaping, he was the first call. The design was amazing. The execution was flawless. The growth of the foliage over the last two months have been beyond my imagination. We did sod, plants, lighting, and irrigation. And it has turned my front yard into a show place. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend. John Waller oversaw this himself. His team and crews are extremely professional. He knows what will work where, including water and sun needs. Landscaping By John E. Waller does my monthly maintenance and does a spectacular job !!! Just had much of my Landscaping redone due to the Winter freeze and it looks excellent . The team that works on both service and new installation do a great job / clean up after they plant , take much care around my lighting and irrigation systems and always willing to do the little extra things.
