Abby, Breanna, Bridgett did a wonderful job today cleaning a lot of mess.

MM was wonderful, according to my husband and mom, LOL! I was at work when MM provided our initial cleaning. But as soon as I walked in the door, it smelled wonderfully fresh and clean without the heavy chemical smell! I heard they were well prepared and spent a LOT of time cleaning thoroughly.

The only one complaint I have is that our master bath didn’t get as clean (shower and toilet) as I would’ve expected. To be fair, they walked into a nasty mess but I could tell I was gonna have to do a bit of additional scrubbing. Overall, it was a wonderful treat to come home and NOT clean! I would have them back!

This is not usual for Molly Maid. Overall, they are a great company. This particular team I was assigned left all the trash collected from bathrooms etc in my back room, left trash on my countertop, skipped cleaning my upstairs and back room, and left the clean dishes in the uncleaned sink despite a dish stand right next to the sink. I hope I won’t receive this team again.

I’ve used Kathy and her crew for years! I adore Kathy; you won’t find anyone as driven, trustworthy, & hard working as her. She loves feedback and always does an amazing job. She and her crew always leave our house spotless! Highly, highly recommend for all your cleaning needs! I wouldn’t use anyone else:)

Hired this company when it was still “Less Mess with Kathy” and the ladies did great. But unfortunately, since the transition to Molly Maid, the cleaning results have been less consistent. The last team that came clearly had no idea what to do and left an unacceptable job. I’ve been trying to speak with management to discuss where the breakdown was but no one has called me back in a week now.

I have been using Less Mess with Kathy for about 2 years now. I cannot say enough positive things about Kathy and her attention to detail, along with her crew and their desire to do a great job each and every time. If for any reason there has been a reason I wasn't completely satisfied b/c no one is perfect 100% of the time, Kathy goes above and beyond to make it right. I trust each of them in my home, if I am not home I don't have any concerns about leaving them there alone. They are also so kind to my pets, my dogs love them. I recommend Less Mess with Kathy to every one I come in contact with that is looking for a new company to clean their home or office.

"Less STRESS with Kathy!" should be the business name! Kathy's crews are incredible! I've recently started a new business (dog grooming - shameless plug). I simply haven't had time to take care of my house and couldn't ignore it anymore! Her crew of Superheroes swooped in with their microfiber capes on & deep-cleaned my house better than I could've imagined! The sweet ladies even let my dogs (2 Great Danes, a Golden Retriever & Aussie) out of their kennels to love on them! 15/10 will book again!

Kathy and her staff are excellent! I have been using Less Mess with Kathy for a little over a year. She provides weekly cleaning for us. These ladies do a great job on the standard cleaning. They change bedding, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean hardwood floors, and clean my bathrooms each week. On occasion they have even been known to organize closets and fold my laundry 😊 They really do go above and beyond, and it’s such a great feeling to come home to a clean house. I have used a few other cleaning services in the past, but Kathy is the best! Don’t hesitate to contact them.

Have been using them for about a year now. And definitely would recommend them. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They work hard to meet our needs for our biweekly schedule. Definitely will continue using them!

I hired Less Mess With Kathy to do a deep clean of my house. They did a fantastic job!! I eventually hired them biweekly and am blown away at what an outstanding job they do EVERY SINGLE TIME. Also, if there is an extra add on task you need done (fridge cleaning, porch clean out, etc.) they are very accommodating and help any way they can. The owner sets a very positive can-do attitude which is exemplified in each of her team members. You’ll be glad you used them!

I use them to clean my home and they are very professional and they do an awesome job. I used another company and then I found Kathy. I have been so happy. They clean like I would clean my house. They pay attention to the small things. I couldn’t be happier to have them. Even better, I trust them and consider them friends now and my dog and cat love them too. Kathy is the best as she is the owner. She is just wonderful! All her ladies love her and it shows in their work. They do great work. And their prices are very fair.

Molly Maids did a "deep clean" of my home last week. Two ladies worked from. 8:30 till 2 and did a fabulous job. They cleaned my oven and cleaned a 10 ft. tall front door and glass door inside and out. It was pricey but worth it to get a totally clean house.

My mom hired them to wash the floors and clean the master bathroom. She was very pleased with the job done by Chris, Breanna and Selena.

This company does such a great job cleaning our home. One thing I really appreciate about how they conduct business is that they will touch base ahead of time and confirm cleaning appointments, then call back to confirm satisfaction with service. I cannot stress enough how far this team will go above and beyond to make sure you get the absolute best service possible. I've used other services before, but I plan to use Molly Maids for as long as possible.
