The Wednesday night storm made the ground weak enough to sink in and the main pipe bust. Old House Old pipes. Called Thursday evening and came early Friday morning to inspect it. Came today and repaired it. I am so thankful that he was quick to repair. Many others didn't show or had a wait time. I appreciate it and recommend Him to anyone.

Brad was absolutely a life saver! We have a rental property in Murfreesboro. The tenants said there was a sewage smell coming from both toilets, but one more pungent than the other. I had a plumber out (NOT Robbins Plumbing yet) and they said it could be the trap in the 'SINK' and they tore apart the vanity and checked the lines... then they said the exhaust fan isn't sucking the way its supposed to.. so they replaced that, then they said that the toilets themselves had to be replaced because there was some 'event' and the smell is coming from the actual toilets! I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so I went out there to see ~ I told him to just replace one toilet and we'll see... he assured me it was the toilets. Mind you, this house was just fully taken down to the studs, brand new everything was installed, just a short year ago! I asked what my bill was with absolutely nothing done to take care of the problem... and I knew they were FIRED! I found Brad's company, Robbins Plumbing on my search. I explained the issue and he was quick to say "There is only 3 reason for sewer smell, a dry p-trap, broken vent pipe or sewage under the house. Most times it's a dry p-trap. I can go look at it." As soon as I read what he said, I knew he 'KNOWS HIS STUFF'. I then asked what he charges for a service call and this was his response: "I don't charge to come out or to diagnosis if I can figure fairly quickly. I won't charge you without letting you know 1st what it will be." Now I really knew I had the right guy! Bottom line, he came out, diagnosed the problem, told me the charges and FIXED the problem! He had to dig in our yard, pull up drain lines and spend a few hours getting the problem solved. (He even went into my attic to double check vents and in the process said that the vent exhaust (that the last plumber just replaced , WASN'T HOOKED UP, so he hooked it up for me!). That evening the renters called and said they don't smell a thing anymore! :). Problem solved! We've got a few rental properties in Murfreesboro and I've finally found my 'GO TO' plumber! Thanks so much Brad for your professionalism. I appreciate you. ~Mary~

I had several other plumbing companies quote me on the installation of a water heater. Brad Robbins was exceptionally professional and didnt try to over charge me like several other companies wanted to do. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Had a big problem with my sump pump not draining. Called a plumbing company, that i will not name, they could not clear, but still charged me. Finally called Robbins Plumbing and explained my issue and he came right out. In just less then an hour he had my sump pump flowing and draining. He also made sure he cleaned up any mess he made, like he wasn't even there. He was very professional and polite. Gave me tips on how to keep it clean and clear in the future. The price was very fair and better than most. i would HIGHLY recommend Robbins Plumbing and i will be using him for any future issues i may have.

Brad was great and easy to work with. He explained everything he was doing and why he preferred that method. He worked quickly and was very polite. He replaced a hose bib, added a hose bid on a different side of my house, and replaced a frost proof yard hydrant by the barn.

Brad from Robbins Plumbing Services was awesome! I previously had a company come to unclog and clean drain. They did not complete the job and I was still having drainage issues. Brad completed the job and made sure all drains was draining properly. If I could give 10 Stars I would. I am very pleased with Robbins Plumbing and will use again. Also, will refer company to family and friends. Very happy with the services.

Brad Robbins to the rescue again. Not only was Brad on time he was EARLY! WHAT! Who can you get that will do that now? After Brad's exceptional work last time, we didn't hesitate to call him again. He came in and fixed the problem in I think 20 minutes at the most (and part of that was his clean up time). He fixed the clogged toilet. Made adjustments to hopefully keep it from happening again or as frequently. Gave us some additional tips and knowledge about our septic system. The only problem is, I wish Brad did more than plumbing and roto-rooter. Haha! Another 5 star review.
