I live out of town and had to have a large tree removed on some property. I called Mejia by just googling tree service and was lucky to find them. They were prompt to take my call, communication was excellent. They arrive when they said they would, very professional. The pricing was right in line with where it should be. My tenant who was on property said they did an excellent job and more than was ask. I have such high regards for them that I called my brother who lives in the area and told him he should use them if he has a need in the future. Will use again.

Called early on a Saturday morning because a tree was hanging over our fence from storms. They were out and gave a reasonable quote within the hour! Work was completed before lunchtime, and now we’ve got some wood for our fire pit! Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing tree work done.

We had three giant trees removed from our house that all were along the property line with my neighbor’s house. We gathered quotes and saved money for the last three years because the early quotes were around $17-$25k. Mejia did a job around the corner from us at a friends house so we had them quote our project on Monday. Their quote came back on the lower end that fit out budget and they were able to get started the next day!

I am extremely happy with their service. The job took 2 days to complete. At the end of each work day when I got home from work, you couldn’t even tell they were there (aside from trees being gone). Everything was impeccably cleaned up and tidy! The crew was also very friendly and highly experienced! Even going as far as saving one of the clean cut pieces of the trunk for me to use in my backyard at my request.

After the storm on Sunday I had a tree that was broken and dangerously leaning. They made it a priority and got it taken care of quickly. They are reasonably priced and always do great work. This was my third time using their services and I recommend them to anyone that needs tree work done.

Mejia had the difficult job of trimming trees that were not in my yard but hanging over my yard and pool. They were quick, on time, efficient and polite. They gave me an excellent quote and I reccomend them with the highest regard. The tree trimmer had to scale my neighbor’s tree so we can have sun over our pool again.

We selected Mejia Tree Service after asking for estimate from 3 companies. Mejia is the fourth different company we have used on our property in the last 4 years; but Mejia is the only tree service company we plan to use in the future.
Mejia was the only company that actually came to examine our property on the same day we called (within 2 or 3 hours of our call) and submitted an estimate immediately. Together, we walked our property (just under 2 acres with many old trees, several of which were damaged during the recent storms) as we explained what we wanted done. Jose Mejia, the owner, is very experienced and knowledgeable and made several excellent suggestions on the work that needed to be done. Mejia’s estimate was very reasonable and the best of the three companies we asked for estimates.
The final job consisted of the removal of 4 large trees, grinding the 4 stumps plus 2 more stumps left by a previous company, removing all broken branches still hanging, removing dead branches, trimming numerous trees, and hauling away all the debris. We were very impressed with the work team which consisted of 8 workers. They arrived at the scheduled time and hit the ground running. Each one knew their individual and team roles, worked quickly and efficiently, and assisted each other in the more difficult situations. In summary, the crew was experienced and professional. We had expected the job to take at least 2 full days but they finished it in 10 hours (noon to 5 pm the first day, and 7 am to noon the following day). We were very impressed at how well they cleaned up the yard after they were done.
In summary, we found Mejia Tree Service to be very professional, fast working, dependable, and has reasonable pricing. Their original estimate was the final cost. Mejia Tree Service gets our full recommendation and will be our preferred tree service company in the future.
