This company goes above and beyond honestly the best company in town after three different companies came out and try to take advantage of me this young kid literally work through the night to make sure my family was safe from fire by cleaning our dryer vent.

Called today for a dryer vent estimate 4 times and no answer. I wanted to use a local Bartlett business. The Mississippi number was already kinda fishy and no company voice mail.

10/10 recommend!! Skylar went above and beyond fixing my dryer vent problems. I was impressed at how attentive, respectful, and kind he was during the entire process. He even kept me updated during the process with pictures and videos several times when he was in my attic fixing the problem. Thank you again, Skylar!!!

Unfortunately the company was a little bit late due to vehicle problems but the technician/owner did reach out to us which was very nice a lot of companies don't do that these days. Overall they got the job done the Owner was very informative and explained just what he was gonna do realistically about to be a simple job but the job actually took about an hour so I know it was done right which is nice to know. Hard to find a good company these days like this.

I recently had Mr. JAY's come to my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Skylar was fantastic from start to finish. He was right on time, and his communication leading up to the appointment was excellent.
Skylar was also very personable and a pleasure to have in my home. Most importantly, he did a phenomenal job thoroughly unclogging my dryer vent. The difference in airflow is very noticeable; my dryer is working more efficiently than it has in a while.
The price for the service was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. JAY's vent cleaner to anyone needing this service.

Called and called no answer and No voicemail. I Looked up in Shelby County business License and there isn’t any Mr J’s duct cleaning and not registered with bbb or anywhere else that most legit company are listed on. I’m thinking this is one of those out of state scam companies you find off Groupon or facebook. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
