Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Bartlett, Tennessee

Extremely disappointed with the service and the lady over the phone. Argued instead of listening to the problem, and refused to provide any other person to help with my complaint. Tried to get in touch with the owner, but looks like the owner doesn’t want to be bothered with customers . Will not use them again.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results from American Pool! From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality. The design consultation was thorough; they took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered valuable suggestions to enhance our vision. The construction process was smooth and efficient, with the crew adhering to a strict timeline and maintaining a clean work site throughout. What really stood out was their attention to detail. Every aspect of our new pool from the tile to the concrete reflects their dedication to craftsmanship. The end result is stunning, and our backyard has truly been transformed into a luxurious retreat. Jonas’ customer service was top-notch. He was always available to answer questions and kept us updated on the progress. They went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend American Pool for anyone dreaming of a beautiful and high-quality pool!!

Our liner floated from recent days of excessive rain (April 2025). American Pool Techs came out, evaluated, and made repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The office staff kept me informed of when to expect their techs to show up. All work was done to a high level of quality. We've used American Pool Techs for several years and have never been disappointed.
