We have had Patrick work on many of our investment properties and he does a very quality job and has always been fairly priced! Highly recommend the services they provide!

Overall, I'm glad the trees are gone. Due to the state my yard was left in and the billing process, I would not recommend this service. It was distressing to be informed AFTER the fact that things I had been told would be included, were only available for an additional charge. Knowing upfront would have been both a bit nicer, and readily agreed to. Not sure if it is common practice for an Invoice to be marked "Past Due" before receipt following unverified "completion" of the service, but that absolutely rubbed me the wrong way.

I would completely agree with you, if not for the purposely misrepresented information in your response. This practice is clearly something that potential future customers should be aware of. Corrections as follows:
-An invoice is "Due" upon receipt, not "Past Due"
-Failing to inform me that the job would be completed 3 days later - while I was out of town - and expecting me to drop everything to pay an invoice (which I didn't even receive until Monday morning) without verifying the job has in fact been completed as agreed upon is ludicrous.
-Saturday is not a business day unless agreed upon by both parties - it was not. 3 days had gone by since the job was started, and you made no attempt to inform me when it would be completed - just that J.U.L.I.E. would have to return to mark the ground lines again. Which they did - a few times.
-The language you quote in your response is NOT present on the signed contract. "Industry standards" are not common knowledge to people outside the industry who have a one-time job. Especially when even the most basic of agreed upon terms are not adhered to. There were still several stumps left above grade - not roots.
-My "misunderstanding" was the result of your misrepresentation. When I reached out to clarify why my yard was a wreck, you were very hostile in your response. Thankfully, Patrick maintained his professionalism.
-I was appreciative of Patrick coming in person to attempt to rectify the situation. It was not "immediate", as you claim, but at least it occurred within 24 hours of the email I sent - after attempts to reach you by phone were unsuccessful.
-I am still baffled as to how he could think the state of the yard was remotely okay when there are so many reviews praising the clearing and exemplary cleaning of job sites from other customers. When I asked if everything would be cleared and leveled, he said it would be and that it was part of the estimate. As it was not annotated to be an additional charge, what reason would I have to think it would be when I was told differently?
-I would have gladly agreed to the additional clearing and leveling charge, had it been presented as such in the estimate.
-Despite the final product being unsatisfactory, the invoice was paid after Patrick returned and made very minor corrections to the site.

Despite the acceptable initial cutting job performed by Patrick and his crew; the combination of frustration, inconvenience, destruction of personal property, outright hostility by you in response to a request for simple clarification, the disreputable state my yard was left in, and the severe lack of professionalism on your part, I have decided to post this one-star review.

This was a horrible experience, and I sincerely hope to save someone else the unpleasantness I was unable to avoid.

I had 7 trees removed from my property, all in the same day. Storm Tree Services provided good quality work at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company.

Love these guys ( Patrick and the crew). Had them out several times for both our business and home. From complex trees growing into wires, to simple removal. They removed approximately 30 trees. In addition, replanted new trees. They work nonstop; not even a break!! Outstanding service. Would use no other.

The work was done quickly and at a very high quality. They have done work for me on more than one occasion, and I have been impressed every time. Also, when planning work to be done, they give honest information and evaluations with no pressure. They will help you determine priorities as well if you can't afford to do all the work right away.

Patrick is very knowledgeable and offered useful, supportive advise on the project. Beautiful job on planting/fencing protection. Very diligent team with new equipment. Love the paperless, professional quote and invoicing system. Can't wait to get trees trimmed and do more planting.

i had a 40 foot tree on my front lawn that i needed removed. It was getting close to my house and was preventing the green from growing due to the it shade it produced. I shopped around looking for someone who could cut it down and came across Storm Tree Services. Their estimate was the best price out of several companies I contacted! They estimated a time to come out and even tried to fit me in when working come to my location. When they came out they were professional in their craft. they were careful with my property and cleaned up will after themselves. I have several trees to be removed and replanted over the next two years and they will be the company to do it!

They were prompt with the estimate , as well as getting the job done. They cut down a large tree from my front yard. There were three gentlemen here doing the work, I do mean gentlemen, they each were pleasant, professional and the teamwork was excellent. They left the area clean and neat. I would refer them to anyone that needs their services.

This company came out so quickly when a tree landed on my house today! Polite, prompt, great and quick service, including all of the cleanup and covering the house with a tarp. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick and his crew.

Patrick and his crew exceeded my expectations! Mine was the last job they had on a long day, but they still worked cautiously and carefully, and were extremely professional. I was stunned at how they made dropping a 70ft dead Sycamore look like it wasn't even a challenge. Really impressive!

Watching them remove 2 large dead trees on an embankment, surrounded by power lines was amazing in itself.
