Our heat quit working. I called Jason Mathis and he walked me through a few things to try to get it going again, very personable and willing to help. Told me to call back if it still didn’t work. I had to call Jason back and he was very honest about when he could come to check it. He came earlier than his original estimated date and time. Jason was very thorough and took the time to chase down the actual problem. I HIGHLY recommend Mathis heating and air!!

We had two units replaced and I would highly recommend Jason. They’re very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provide excellent service.

Called them around 430pm, they were here by 530pm and out by 7 after servicing 2 HVAC units!! Great service, such nice fellas! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you so much for getting here quickly, getting them fixed, teaching us what to do going forward and overall being wonderful!

Jason is always fair, does excellent work and always leaves everything neat as a pin. Would never hesitate to recommend Jason and never think of using anyone else. I have used him for installation of new heat air unit and replacing outside gas line.

Very professional and knowledgeable group of guys. I called them with concerns with my heating pump. They were able to come out two days later and within a few hours had fixed the issue. My husband and I are so thankful to them! Highly recommend!! And very reasonably priced for their services!

They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling them. Our AC had gone out in the middle of the night. Temps have been up to 107° this week, so I was very anxious about having no air. They showed up and got our air back up and running within an hour. Very honest and straightforward people, prices are fair and reasonable. Mathis is the absolute best HVAC company around. Jason really knows his stuff. I called around 9 this morning because my blower stopped working. Jason told me he could be out sometime within the next 2 days to look at it which was good because I know he stays very busy. About 11:15 he called and said he was in the area and had a little time before his next appointment so he could come on over. In just a few minutes he let me know exactly what was wrong and he even had the part on his truck to fix it. Before noon my air was back on. I will always use Mathis for my HVAC because they have always taken care of me. Honest, reliable, fast, and efficient. 1000% recommend to everyone I know.

Jason and his crew are wonderful! We had a complicated mini split install through a wall in the middle of the house. He was on time and did a great job. He made sure the unit ran at peak performance. They arrived on time and was reasonably priced. Other companies were about 10X higher in cost. I will use Mathis again when we replace our main heat pump. I highly recommend them. Before going with another company check them out. Also they are so polite and knowledgeable.

Been a week since Jason pulled me out of the fire (almost quite literally, since it will be hotter than the Devil's armpit soon). The new unit is working great, and the company stands by their work, since I had to call them back over a minor hiccup with the unit.

The guys are very knowledgeable, and have a great work ethic. They seem genuinely concerned about getting you the product and service you need. They will walk you through the whole process of how the unit works.

Prices were very reasonable.

I was stressing when my AC unit wasn’t blowing very well and was struggling to keep up with the heat of the TN summer. I called Mathis heating & air around 9am and talked to Jason. By 3pm he had my unit back in working order! Super nice and professional. Very affordable. I would totally recommend his services and if I have any issues in the future I will definitely call him to come fix it! Thank you Jason! Check out the before and after photos! Word of advice don’t use candles. They are bad for your unit (apparently) lol

If you need a HVAC system, a repair or some maintenance, I highly recommend Mathis Heating and Air Conditioning. They came out and solved my problem professionally and with care. I bought a home that had central heat and air but 80 percent of the home had no ductwork so wasn’t getting any air or heat. It was all being dumped in one area downstairs.
