Technician named Brandon came out to do quote for plumbing in water softener. When sho where water softener would go technician repeatedly said it should be right at where water cane in to home. When I explained to technician that we wanted the water run from entry to house up to utity room to go through softener then a return pipe run to go back to home water tank. The technician ignored me. I explained that the placement of the softner was for ease of access and that was the reason for calling Servestar was to get pipes run to connect water source to softener and then back to main water tank. Technician kept ignoring me and saying that if I put softener in utility room they would only tie it in to water line already in room to toilet and washer. Then finished up talking about government controlling chemicals in well water. Will never use their service again, this was horrible. To make it worse Servestar had this person training someone.

Plumbers came into my store yelling and ranting and raving about our redbull prices. We don't make the prices we aren't the owners and to be a grown man and yell full volume at women you won't have my business. May see me working at a gas station but I work other places too so not just a gas station clerk. Waited to see if I should say anything and I figured I would cause, that's just down right disrespectful. Won't be recommending them and will speak to the county executive about using their business. Not allowed back at my store and cops will be called if he shows back up.

ServeStar provided us with efficient and professional service. They worked us in the schedule very quickly and did a great job. We had an outside leak and needed our water line re-routed. Very knowledgeable and did exactly as we requested at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again if we need service.

Chris and Blake did such a good job. They answered all my questions and made sure to inform me of any problems or any future problems. Very friendly and if I ever encounter them again I know our store is in good hands!
