I highly recommend this company. We called them about our garbage disposal and they were out to fix it within two hour. Clean and efficient.

I did had a dryer repair service with them on 09/25. The person who came was very rude and he did walked on the carpet with his dirty shoes.

People can understand by the reply I got from them how rude they are.

I called at 10:06am, they arrived at 10:36am. Diagnosed the problem, and fixed it by 1130am. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO CHANDLER!

They did great work! Efficient. Friendly. And on time!!

The Fix-it-Rigjt rep was super helpful and very upfront. The part was going to cost more than a new microwave. We worked over the phone and avoided a service call

Unfortunate service. The son came out and fixed our dryer and was really nice. Two months later we had the same issue and called to have repaired again. Spoke with his dad who said it was our responsibility to keep record of the invoice. His secretary was unable to find record of our repair therefore they were going to charge us again instead of honoring the warranty. Not a very nice tone of voice and the “customer was definitely NOT right” in this situation. I understand I should have kept my invoice and not depend on them to have a record but I also won’t ever use or recommend them to anyone.
Edit: I would highly recommend SuperTech. He was efficient and cheaper than fix it right. And you better believe I saved my invoice this time!

UPDATED REVIEW: The service call was fast (Next day).The owner talked about a verbal altercation he got into with "an Indian family" who "did not speak very good English". It was about an inappropriate joke he made to them. He asked me if I believed in Jesus and proceeded to evangelize for the duration of the support call. The clamps they installed were free, however the two screw clamps and and the 10 minute repair was $180. This was all explained upfront and clearly, however it seemed high to me.

We do not recommend this company because they are overpriced. Secondly, I understand if they want to tun their business based on their ideals and judgements, but i will not be lectured in my home.

Was really disappointed with the cost of replacing a simple door switch for our LG front load washer. The repair person was in our home less than an hour and we were charged $360!!! The repair of the switch took 5 minutes. The repair person also suggested we NOT do other repairs while he was there because it would be too expensive. For the record this one switch installation was more than half of what a brand new washer would have cost. I would not use this company again.

Great service. Called for a fridge repair and Heath had it fixed within 24 hours. Arrived within the service window and gave ~20 minute heads up. Friendly, honest service and upfront about costs. Would use them again.

Dryer was not producing heat and Heath came out to fix the issue in a very short time! Provided updates and detailed explanations while fixing the dryer. Will use again for any future appliance repairs!

Already left a review about the fact that this was the rudest person I’ve ever worked with in my life but came to update that his repair on our 4 year old refrigerator lasted about one week and stopped working again. So not only a bad experience but also a complete waste of time and money.

It’s never a fun experience when anything in a home breaks and per my job schedile, I don’t always have the time to pick up the phone and call people so texting is my form of communication….. I was able to send them a text Sunday night,they replied immediately got me booked First thing Monday, came out and assessed the problem called and ordered parts right away and came out first thing Tuesday and got everything fixed for me. There was no long drawn out process. I wasn’t without my washer for a week or two, everything was super quick convenient. they made sure that if I had questions about anything or needed anything explained to me that they were available to do so, which is appreciative as a first time homebuyer. Can definitely recommend and feel like my money was put to good use

I'd be remiss if I didn't address what some past reviewers have called out as "rude." I have been working with them for years in the property management sector. Fix It Right is one of the only appliance repair companies that actually show up when they say they will (almost all the time, the very next day) AND repair the issues. While Heath is an acquired taste, there is no doubt he is knowledgable. If you are sensitive or offend easily, he's not the guy for you but if you take the time to get to know him and how he operates you will have a reliable appliance vendor for life.
