Billy & Wes did an amazing job of grinding 2 tree stumps that were a casualty from the ice storm! Both trees had been uprooted, so not only grinding the stumps but flattening out the damage to the ground too.
I was so thankful NOT to be gouged as others have tried subsequent to this awful damage many of us experienced.
It was so very refreshing to have two cheerful, hardworking men help me out!!

These gentlemen have a badass, self propelled, remote controlled grinder with wheels that do not rut up your yard. They were in and out quickly and did a great job containing the wood chips….all at a great price.

Billy and his team did a fantastic job on a different root project after the ice storm. He left the site so clean even the insurance estimator commented on how good a job it was. I’ve had many stumps removed and On Time is the best by far. I highly recommend them.

Nice, friendly but like many stores, training has declined. More than once I've been sent to the wrong location, folks in the garden department know little about plants or products they sale, etc. Something heard from others - lots of congregating in groups while the store is virtually empty. Great if you know what you want, where it is and how it works.

I guess there’s a first time for everything when I have a Spanish person that can barely speak English asking for my drivers license to buy spray paint over 40 years old and I look over 40 years old absolutely ridiculous

My kids and I wanted to pick out a Christmas tree, which is supposed to be a fun, happy event. Most all the trees were tied up and either leaning against each other or laying on the ground. I had to find someone to help me and other customers were saying they couldn't get help either. I finally found an employee who was leaning over a shopping cart like he was tired. He did not speak and I still had to wait for him, not knowing if he was coming to help. He did, still not speaking though, and I asked him to untie a few trees for us to look at. He did the first one and I asked how long does it take for the branches to fall back into place. He said he had no clue because he had a fake tree at home. These were his first and only words. I asked him to untie another one, he did then walked away! He never returned! We left and went down the street to a tree tent whoDr employees were more than willing to help us. They explained the pricing and attached our tree stand to the tree we picked out making sure it would stand up straight when we got it home. They even tied it on top of our car. Yes, I paid $20 more, but it was worth it. We knew exactly what the tree looked like with all its branches full. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Home Depot. It was really a disappointment to my kids who were excited to get our tree. Home Depot, you failed at customer service and quality products!

Quick response and good communication with scheduling. Great price especially here after all the ice storm damage with others price gouging. Good clean up after taking down 2 50 ft Bradford pears.

Joseph and his crew arrived on time for both the free quote and to begin the tree removal process. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up the yard before heading out! My yard looks better than it did before.
